सामाजिक परिवर्तन प्रबंधन पर सम्मेलन
नई दिल्ली: भारतीय विकास प्रबंधन स्कूल (आईएसडीएम) ने दिल्ली में पहली ‘विकास पर प्रबंधन पर संवाद’ का आयोजन किया। जिसमें सोशल जस्टिस और एम्पावरमेंट विभाग के सचिव मिस्टर सौरभ गर्ग और दसरा की सहसंस्थापक और साथी मिस नीरा नंदी शामिल थे।सम्मेलन का आयोजन “सामाजिक परिवर्तन लाने के लिए प्रबंधन की शक्ति” पर अनुभवों और दृष्टिकोणों के माध्यम से सामाजिक परिवर्तन लाने के लिए बहुप्रकारी पहलुओं की खोज की।
इस मौके पर श्री सौरभ गर्ग ने कहा, “साझेदारी और सहयोग जैसे सहयोजन जैसे कि विकास प्रबंधन पर संवाद (डीओडीएम) महत्वपूर्ण हैं। सरकार के प्रयासों की तरह जब राष्ट्रों और संगठनों के बीच विकासात्मक और ग्रहमंडलीय चुनौतियों को समझने के लिए साझेदारिक और संघटनों को एक साथ लाने के लिए सरकार के प्रयास होते हैं, उसी तरह सिविल सोसायटी और कॉर्पोरेट्स को साथ आने की आवश्यकता है ताकि बाधाओं और चिंताओं को पता करने का सामर्थ्य हो। आज जब वैश्विक और राष्ट्रीय चुनौतियाँ जीवन और आजीवन काम को किसी के साथ मिलकर प्रभावित करती हैं, तो आवश्यकता है कि प्रबंधन के सिद्धांतों की मानव समुदायों, संदर्भों, और संसाधनों के साथ संरूपित हों और माइक्रो और मैक्रो स्तर पर समुदायों, संदर्भों, और संसाधनों का समर्थन करते हैं।”
आईएसडीएम के सह-संस्थापक और अध्यक्ष श्री रवि श्रीधरन ने कहा, “डीओडीएम 2023 आईएसडीएम के लिए एक मील का पत्थर रहा है और इसे 14 साथी संगठनों के साथ साझेदारिकरण के कारण संभव हुआ है। कुछ साल पहले, विकास प्रबंधन पर इस प्रकार के सम्मेलन की विचार करना लगभग अविचित्र था। हम मानते हैं कि इस आयोजन का इतने बड़े और विविध समूह की भागीदारी और भारतीय समाज के लिए समृद्ध प्रभाव पर बहुत अच्छा होने का संकेत है। आज जिन चर्चाओं और विचारों ने आज उत्पन्न हुए हैं, वो हम सभी के काम के लिए अधिक सांगत्य लाएंगे
इस सत्र के अंत में हुई “Transforming India through New Age Philanthropy”, नामक क्लोजिंग प्लेनरी में त्रांसवर्ल्ड ग्रुप ऑफ कंपनीज की डायरेक्टर मिस अनीशा रामकृष्णन, सीखो सिखाओ फाउंडेशन की संस्थापक और निदेशक मिस अनुपमा डालमिया, युवा भारतीय महिलाओं के लिए कर्म सौहार्द्य की संस्थापक मिस राधिका भारत राम, जेबीएम ग्रुप के उपाध्यक्ष और प्रबंध निदेशक श्री निशांत आर्या, और अंतरा सीनियर लिविंग की कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष मिस तारा सिंह वचनी की मौजूदगी और दृष्टिकोणों से भरपूर थी। इस सत्र ने फिलैंथ्रोपी पारिस्थितिकता को कैसे बदल सकता है, इस पर केंद्रित था और इसे एटी चंद्रा फाउंडेशन (एटीसीएफ) के सह-संस्थापक श्री अमित चंद्र ने मॉडरेट किया।
डीओडीएम 2023 कॉन्फ्रेंस में विकास प्रबंधन के महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं को संवादित करने के लिए कई ट्रैक भी शामिल किए गए:
● संगठनिक सहायता और फिलैंथ्रोपी के लिए वित्तीय और फिलैंथ्रोपी संरचना, जिसमें ब्रिजस्पैन, एजुकेट गर्ल्स, आशा इम्पैक्ट, डलबर्ग, और वॉटरफील्ड एडवाइजर्स शामिल थे।
● निर्णय लेने के लिए डेटा और सबूत, जिसमें ईगवोवफाउंडेशन, कैप्ज़ेमिनी, जेपीएल, जनाग्रह, और संबोधि शामिल थे।
● सामाजिक क्षेत्र के लिए प्रतिष्ठान, नेतृत्व, और शासन, जिसमें एटी चंद्रा फाउंडेशन, प्लान इंडिया, ब्रिजस्पैन, और प्रदान शामिल थे।
● विकास प्रबंधन के विशिष्ट क्षेत्रों में मास्टरक्लास, जैसे कि गैर-लाभी संगठनों के लिए रणनीति, सिस्टम थिंकिंग, व्यवहार परिवर्तन संवाद, और डिज़ाइन थिंकिंग
