थेरेपिस्ट लिंडा मेरेडिथ ने लिखा, “भावनात्मक विकृति विभिन्न व्यवहारों में प्रकट हो सकती है जो किसी व्यक्ति के दैनिक जीवन और रिश्तों को बाधित करती है।” उन्होंने पांच तरीके साझा किए जिनके द्वारा भावनात्मक रूप से अनियंत्रित लोग आमतौर पर व्यवहार करते हैं।
