राजस्थान के राज्यपाल कलराज मिश्र ने किया विधान सभा का भ्रमण…
लखनऊ : उत्तर प्रदेश की विधानसभा में आज कई वर्षों के बाद राजस्थान के राज्यपाल कलराज मिश्र पहुंचे तो विधानसभा अध्यक्ष सतीश महाना ने उनका स्वागत पुष्पगुच्छ देकर किया। राज्यपाल कलराज मिश्र यहां लगभग एक घंटे से अधिक देर तक रूके। इस दौरान उन्होंने पूरी विधानसभा का भ्रमण किया और विधानसभा के पुराने स्वरूप को याद करते हुए यहां हुए बदलाव की सराहना की।
राज्यपाल मिश्र ने सभा मंडप, सत्ता पक्ष और प्रतिपक्ष के लिए बनाई गयी आधुनिक लाबी, नवीनीकृत गलियारों, सेल्फी प्वाइंट का भी भ्रमण किया। जहॉं पर विधान सभा में स्थापित किए गए महापुरूषों के तैल चित्रों आदि को देखा। अध्यक्ष सतीश महाना ने राज्यपाल मिश्र को बताया कि 18वीं विधान सभा में कई सदस्य पूर्व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी, इंजीनियर्स, शोध धारक एवं विधि स्नातक सदस्य के रूप में निर्वाचित होकर आए हैं।
राज्यपाल मिश्र को सभा मण्डप के बारे में जानकारी देते अध्यक्ष महाना ने बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश की विधानसभा में जो सूचनाएं शासन से अथवा विधायकों के माध्यम से सदन में आती हैं उन्हें आनलाइन किया गया है। साथ ही सदन में जो भी कार्यवाही सदन के पटल पर रखी जाती है, उनको भी ई-बुक पर आनलाइन संचालित किया जा रहा है। उ प्र विधानसभा पेपरलेस है और यहॉं पर ई-विधान की योजना लागू की जा चुकी है।
विधानसभा में नई व्यवस्थाएं लागू होने के बाद छात्र छात्राएं व्यापारी और विधायकों के परिजन विधानसभा देखने आ रहे हैं। इस अवसर पर प्रदेश सरकार के वित्त एवं संसदीय कार्य मंत्री सुरेश कुमार खन्ना एवं प्रमुख सचिव विधान सभा सहित अन्य गणमान्य भी उपस्थित रहे।
