ओप्पो इंडिया की सेंड-इन रिपेयर सेवा का विस्तार
ओप्पो इंडिया ने अपने सर्विस सेंटर 3.0 के साथ आफ्टर-सेल्स सेवा के क्षेत्र में क्रांति ला दी है। ओपो की पिक-अप और ड्रॉप सेवा के साथ सर्विस सेंटर 3.0 भारत में 25,000 पिन कोड्स तक पहुँच चुका है। इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत ओप्पो ने सॉफ्टवेयर समस्याओं, स्क्रीन और बैटरी के रिप्लेसमेंट, स्पीकर डैमेज और टचस्क्रीन ख़राब होने सहित स्मार्टफ़ोन रिपेयर के 80% मामलों के लिए त्वरित 24-घंटे टीएटी (टर्नअराउंड टाइम) की गारंटी देने के लिए अपनी कार्यक्षमता को मज़बूत किया है।
ग्राहक ओप्पो इंडिया की वेबसाइट पर जाकर 24 घंटे में सेंड-इन रिपेयर सेवा का लाभ लेने के लिए सेंड-इन रिपेयर फॉर्म जमा करके अपने स्मार्टफोन के लिए मुफ्त पिक-अप और ड्रॉप की सेवा प्राप्त कर सकते हैं; इस फॉर्म में उन्हें पिक-अप के पते के साथ डिवाइस का IMEI नंबर और अपना पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर डालना होता है। यह डिवाइस सर्विस सेंटर में पहुँचते ही ओप्पो इंडिया का 24 घंटे में रिपेयर का टर्न अराउंड टाइम (टीएटी) शुरू हो जाता है।
रिपेयर के अपडेट्स लगातार ग्राहकों को एसएमएस और व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से मिलते रहते हैं। यदि रिपेयर होने वाली डिवाइस किसी दूर-दराज के इलाक़े से आई है, तो पिक-अप से लेकर रिपेयर और डिलीवरी तक की प्रक्रिया 5 से 7 दिनों में पूरी हो जाती है। ओप्पो इंडिया के ग्राहक ट्विटर या फेसबुक पर @OPPOCareIN से संपर्क करके भी सेंड-इन रिपेयर सेवा का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।
सर्विस सेंटर के विस्तार के बारे में ओप्पो इंडिया के सीएमओ, दमयंत सिंह खनोरिया ने कहा, “हमारा हर काम ग्राहक पर केंद्रित होता है। देश में 25,000 पिन कोड्स तक हमारी स्मार्टफोन रिपेयर पिक-अप एवं ड्रॉप सेवा का विस्तार देश के कोने-कोने में सुगम ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान करने की ओप्पो की प्रतिबद्धता को प्रदर्शित करता है। हम अपने उपयोगकर्ताओं की सुविधा और संतुष्टि का दायरा बढ़ा रहे हैं, ताकि ओप्पो के ग्राहक जहाँ कहीं भी हों, उन्हें ओप्पो का अनुभव आसानी से मिले।”
ओप्पो इंडिया ने अपने सर्विस सेंटर्स पर फ़ेस्टिव ऑफर* की घोषणा भी की है। यह ऑफर 6 नवंबर से 10 नवंबर तक जारी रहेगा और इसमें डिस्प्ले, मेनबोर्ड, और बैटरी की रिपेयरिंग पर 25% की छूट तथा फोन एक्सेसरीज पर 10% की छूट के साथ फ्री प्रोटेक्टिव कवर, बैक कवर और फ़ोन डिसइन्फेक्शन सर्विस का लाभ मिलेगा।
फाइंड एन3 फ्लिप पर ओप्पो अतिरिक्त प्रीमियम सेवाएं जैसे ओप्पो सर्विस सेंटर्स पर 2 घंटे में फ्लैश फिक्स और इसके स्क्रीन गार्ड एवं बैक कवर के लिए रिप्लेसमेंट सर्विस प्रदान कर रहा है। साथ ही वॉरंटी के अंतर्गत स्क्रीन रिप्लेसमेंट पर 15% की छूट भी दे रहा है।
देश में ओप्पो के 550 से ज़्यादा अधिकृत सर्विस सेंटर जगह-जगह मौजूद हैं, और यह अपने 24 अधिकृत सर्विस सेंटरों को सर्विस सेंटर 3.0 मानकों को पूरा करने के लिए अपग्रेड कर चुका है, जो चंडीगढ़, कोच्चि, कालीकट, कालीकट, थ्रिसुर, लखनऊ, आगरा, मदुरई, बिलासपुर, बारामती, हैदराबाद, दिल्ली एनसीआर, जयपुर और विशाखापतनम में स्थित हैं। ओप्पो 2024 के अंत तक 40 और सर्विस सेंटरों को नए 3.0 मानक में अपग्रेड करने की योजना बना रहा है।
दिल्ली के ग्राहकों की ज़रूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए ओप्पो के पास 08 अधिकृत सर्विस सेंटर्स का नेटवर्क है।
