सुब्रत राय पंचतत्व में विलीन, पौत्र ने दी मुखाग्नि, मौजूद रहीं ये हस्तियां…
लखनऊ : सहारा समूह के संस्थापक सुब्रत राय के पार्थिव शरीर का बृहस्पतिवार को लखनऊ में गोमती नदी के किनारे बैकुंठ धाम में अंतिम संस्कार किया गया। राय के 16 वर्षीय पौत्र हिमांक ने उन्हें मुखाग्नि दी। राजधानी स्थित सहारा शहर से राय की शव यात्रा गोमतीनगर स्थित बैकुंठ धाम के लिये रवाना हुई, जहां सहारा समूह के कर्मचारियों और कई गणमान्य लोगों की मौजूदगी में उनका अंतिम संस्कार किया गया। पारिवारिक सूत्रों ने बताया कि दाह संस्कार के दौरान राय के दोनों बेटे सुशांतो और सीमांतो मौजूद नहीं थे। राय की चिता को उनके 16 वर्षीय पोते हिमांक ने मुखाग्नि दी।
दाह संस्कार के दौरान मौजूद रहे प्रमुख लोगों में समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव, कांग्रेस नेता प्रमोद तिवारी और बॉलीवुड अभिनेता राजबब्बर शामिल थे। सहारा समूह द्वारा जारी एक बयान के अनुसार, राय का मंगलवार को मुंबई के एक अस्पताल में ह्म्दय गति रुक जाने से निधन हो गया था। वह 75 वर्ष के थे। उनका पार्थिव शरीर मुंबई से लाया गया था और बुधवार को गोमती नगर के सहारा शहर में रखा गया था।
उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने बुधवार को सहारा समूह के प्रमुख सुब्रत राय के निधन पर दुख जताया था। मुख्यमंत्री ने सोशल मीडिया मंच एक्स पर लिखा, सहारा समूह के प्रमुख सुब्रत राय का निधन अत्यंत दु:खद है। प्रभु श्री राम से प्रार्थना है कि दिवंगत आत्मा को अपने श्री चरणों में स्थान प्रदान करें तथा शोकाकुल परिजनों को यह अथाह दु:ख सहने की शक्ति दें। ॐ शांति। समाजवादी पार्टी के प्रमुख अखिलेश यादव ने भी एक्स पर लिखा, सहारा श्री सुब्रत राय जी का निधन उत्तर प्रदेश और देश के लिए भावनात्मक क्षति है। वह एक अत्यंत सफल व्यवसायी होने के साथ-साथ संवेदनशील एवं विशाल ह्म्दय वाले व्यक्ति थे जिन्होंने अनगिनत लोगों की सहायता की और उनका सहारा बने।
