Uttrakhand Tunnel Rescue Operation: क्या आज से मजदूरों को बाहर निकाला जा सकेगा
नई दिल्ली: उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले के सिल्कयारा में सुरंग में फंसे 41 मजदूरों को बचाने का अभियान अभियान अंतिम चरण में युद्धस्तर पर जारी है.
उत्तरकाशी सुरंग हादसे में फंसे मजदूरों को सुरक्षित निकालने के लिए युद्धस्तर पर रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन जारी है, 13 दिनों से फंसे मजदूरों को बाहर निकालने के लिए तमाम तरह के टेक्नोलॉजिकल सपोर्ट की मदद ली जा रही है . राष्ट बनाबे के लिए ऑगर टेक्नोलॉजी की मदद ली जा रही है . अब पाइप और मजदूरों के बीच महज 9-10 मीटर की दूरी बची हुई है. इस दौरान एनडीआरएफ ने मॉक ड्रिल कर बताया है कि सुरंग में फंसे मजदूरों को कैसे स्ट्रेचर पर लिटाकर निकाला जाएगा. अधिकारियों ने कहा है कि सुरंग के नीचे 13 दिनों से फंसे 41 श्रमिकों को एक बड़े पाइप के माध्यम से एक-एक करके पहिए वाले स्ट्रेचर पर बाहर निकाला जाएगा. यदि सब कुछ ठीक रहा तो शुक्रवार शाम तक अभियान समाप्त हो सकता है. 41 एम्बुलेंस सुरंग स्थल पर तैनात हैं। गंभीर रूप से घायल मजदूरों को हवाई मार्ग से ले जाने की व्यवस्था की गई है।
एनडीआरएफ ने आज पूर्वाभ्यास किया, जिसमें देखा गया कि वह सुरंग में फंसे 41 मजदूरों को बचाने के लिए तैयार किए जा रहे रास्ते में अपने पहिए वाले स्ट्रेचर को कैसे ले जाएगा.
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज भी मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से फोन पर बातचीत की और टनल में फंसे श्रमिकों के रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन की जानकारी ली. पीएम ने सीएम को निर्देश दिए कि जब श्रमिक टनल से बाहर निकलेंगे तो उनके स्वास्थ्य की जांच की जाए और अगर जरूरत पड़े तो उनको अस्पताल की उचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कि जाए.
अंडरवाटर कम्यूनिकेशन सिस्टम को पहली बार एसडीआरएफ ने सिल्क्यारा सुरंग में फंसे हुए श्रमकों से बातचीत करने के लिए प्रयोग किया। जिसके माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने श्रमिकों की कुशलक्षेम पूछी।
ग्राउंड पेनेट्रेटिंग रडार (GPR) एक ऐसी पद्धति है जो किसी वस्तु या ढांचे को छुए बगैर ही उसके नीचे मौजूद कंक्रीट, केबल, धातु, पाइप या अन्य वस्तुओं की पहचान कर सकती है. इसकी मदद 8-10 मीटर तक की वस्तुओं का पता लगाने में ली जाती है. ये नीचे या अंदर के स्थितियों को जानने के लिए रेडियो तरंगों का उपयोग होता है.
राहत की बात ये है टनल में फंसे मजदूर ने बात करके अपने स्वास्थ्य होने खबर दी .आज शाम से उम्मीद है , मजदूरों के बाहर निकलने का सिलसिला शुरू हो सकता है .
