एडब्लूएस ने इसरो और इन-स्पेस के साथ गठबंधन किया
अमेज़न वेब सर्विसेज (एडब्लूएस) इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग द्वारा स्पेस-टेक इनोवेशंस में मदद करने के लिए भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) और भारतीय राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष संवर्धन एवं प्राधिकरण केंद्र (इन-स्पेस) के साथ एक सामरिक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। इस गठबंधन द्वारा स्पेस स्टार्टअप, शोध संस्थानों एवं विद्यार्थियों को अत्याधुनिक क्लाउड टेक्नोलॉजी उपलब्ध हो सकेगी, जो अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में नए समाधानों के विकास में तेज़ी लाएगी।
वर्तमान समस्याओं को हल करने वाले समाधानों का विकास
शालिनी कपूर, डायरेक्टर एवं चीफ टेक्नोलॉजिस्ट, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र, एडब्लूएस भारत एवं दक्षिण एशिया ने कहा, “क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग पर आधारित इनोवेशंस की मदद से अंतरिक्ष उद्योग ज़्यादा तेज एवं बेहतर निर्णय लेने में समर्थ बनता है, जिससे संभावनाओं का विस्तार होता है। एडब्लूएस स्टार्टअप्स को उपयोग की ज़रूरत को पहचानने और समाधानों के विकास में तेजी लाने, तथा भारत में क्लाउड और अंतरिक्ष के क्षेत्र में निपुण प्रतिभा का विकास करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। हम पृथ्वी पर जीवन में सुधार लाने के लिए भारत के ग्राहकों को स्पेस-टेक समाधानों का निर्माण करने में मदद करने के लिए तत्पर हैं।” कपूर ने बताया, “हम अंतरिक्ष में भारत की यात्रा के एक महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु पर हैं क्योंकि भारत सरकार एयरोस्पेस और सैटेलाइट उद्योग में देश की क्षमताएँ बढ़ाने व मज़बूत करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रही है।”
स्पेस-टेक में करियर को बढ़ावा देना
इसरो की स्पेस-टेक विशेषज्ञता के साथ क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग में एडब्लूएस के शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमों द्वारा भावी पीढ़ियों को भारत के विकसित होते अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में करियर बनाने की प्रेरणा मिलेगी।
इसरो में डायरेक्टर, कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग एवं पब्लिक आउटरीच, सुधीर कुमार एन. ने कहा, “हमारे देश की सबसे बड़ी प्राथमिकता अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में इनोवेशन को आगे बढ़ाना है क्योंकि भू-स्थानिक समाधानों में सुशासन के लिए उच्च गुणवत्ता की सेवाएं प्रदान करने तथा नागरिकों एवं अंशधारकों को लाभ पहुँचाने की शक्ति है।” क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग द्वारा बहुत किफ़ायती तरीके से उपयोगी परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए एआई, एमएल एवं एनालिटिक्स वर्कलोड चलाने के अलावा रॉ स्पेस डेटा के भारी वॉल्यूम का तेज़ी से प्रबंधन संभव होता है।
भारत में अंतरिक्ष की प्राथमिकताओं में सहयोग
इसरो, इन-स्पेस और एडब्लूएस स्पेस-टेक सेक्टर में स्टार्टअप समुदाय के निर्माण व विकास के लिए मिलकर काम करेंगे। एडब्लूएस एक्टिवेट प्रोग्राम द्वारा एडब्लूएस अंतरिक्ष स्टार्टअप टूल्स, संसाधन एवं विशेषज्ञ तकनीकी सहायता निःशुल्क उपलब्ध कराएगा। इससे स्टार्टअप्स इनोवेटिव समाधान बना पायेंगे और तेज़ी से उनका व्यवसायीकरण कर पायेंगे। स्टार्टअप्स को एडब्लूएस और एडब्लूएस स्पेस एक्सेलेरेटर प्रोग्राम द्वारा एयरोस्पेस एवं सैटेलाइट समाधानों का निर्माण करने के इसके वैश्विक अनुभव का लाभ भी मिलेगा।
इन-स्पेस के डायरेक्टर, प्रमोशन डायरेक्टोरेट, डॉ. विनोद कुमार ने कहा, “चंद्रमा पर चंद्रयान-3 के उतरने और आदित्य एल-1 मिशन के बादअब स्पेस टेक्नोलॉजी और क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग की असीमित क्षमता का उपयोग करके भारत के स्पेस सेक्टर को नये आयाम पर ले जाने का समय आ गया है। इन-स्पेस निजी स्पेस सेक्टर को सुविधाएँ देने और सशक्त बनाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास कर रहा है। एडब्लूएस के साथ यह साझेदारी इसका एक प्रमाण है और इस साझेदारी द्वारा हम स्टार्ट-अप्स,विद्यार्थियों एवं शोधकर्ताओं को आसमान से आगे सपने देखने, इनोवेशन लाने, और ग्लोबल स्पेस उद्योग में अपना योगदान देने में समर्थ बनाना चाहते हैं।”
तीनों संगठन एडब्लूएस शिक्षा कार्यक्रमों की मदद से विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों को क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग, एआई, एमएल, एनालिटिक्स और सुरक्षा में प्रशिक्षण देने वाले नये नये कार्यक्रमों में सहयोग करेंगे। यह अभियान विद्यार्थियों को उद्योग में मान्यताप्राप्त क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग सर्टिफ़िकेशन प्राप्त करने, और आधुनिक टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग कर भारत में भविष्य के स्पेस स्टार्टअप का निर्माण करने में समर्थ बनाएगा।
भारतीय अंतरिक्ष नीति, 2023: विकास के लिए उत्प्रेरक
इन तीनों संस्थानों के बीच सहयोग हाल ही में भारत सरकार द्वारा भारतीय अंतरिक्ष नीति, 2023 को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद शुरू हुआ है। इस नीति में भारत के अंतरिक्ष कार्यक्रम की वृद्धि एवं विकास के लिए एक रणनीतिक रोडमैप पेश किया गया है। लो-लेटेंसी इंटरनेट, उच्च-रिज़ॉल्यूशन में पृथ्वी के अवलोकन के आँकड़ों, एवं इंटरनेट ऑफ थिंग्स कम्युनिकेशन की उपलब्धता से क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग, डेटा, एआई एवं एमएल का उपयोग करने वाले स्टार्टअप, वैज्ञानिकों एवं शोधकर्ताओं के लिए इनोवेशन के अवसर उत्पन्न हो रहे हैं।
