सेना के साथ आतंकवादियों की मुठभेड़, तीन आतंकवादी ढेर
13 सितंबर को सेना के साथ आतंकवादियों की मुठभेड़ हुई. इस हमले में भारतीय सेना के 2 और पुलिस के एक अफसर की जान चली गई. मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, इस हमले के पीछे लश्कर-ए-तैयबा से जुड़े संगठन TRF का हाथ है.
TRF क्या है? और कौन है इसका मुखिया
TRF को जनवरी महीने में गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों (रोकथाम) ऐक्ट (UAPA) के तहत आतंकी संगठन घोषित किया गया था. मीडिया की एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार , ऐसा दावा किया गया था कि TRF, साल 2019 में अस्तित्व में आया. मंत्रालय की ओर से जानकारी दी गई कि यह आतंकी संगठन युवाओं को ऑनलाइन माध्यमों से जोड़ता है. फिर इन युवाओं को आतंकवादियों की भर्ती, घुसपैठ और जम्मू-कश्मीर में पाकिस्तान से हथियारों और नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी करने जैसे कामों में लगा दिया जाता है.
बताया जाता है कि टीआरएफ जम्मू-कश्मीर में रहने वाले लोगों को भारत के खिलाफ भड़काने के साथ उन पर आतंकी गुटों में शामिल होने के लिए मनोवैज्ञानिक रूप से दबाव भी डालता है. और यह सब सोशल मीडिया प्लैटफॉर्म्स के जरिए अंजाम दिया जाता है.
केंद्र ने जनवरी महीने में TRF को आतंकी संगठन घोषित करने के साथ ही यह भी कहा था कि इसका कमांडर शेख सज्जाद गुल है. आतंकी गुट की गतिविधियां भारत की संप्रभुता के लिए खतरनाक हैं. अनंतनाग में हुए आतंकी हमले से पहले भी टीआरएफ कई मामलों में शामिल रहा है. जिसमें नागरिकों की हत्या, सुरक्षा बलों की हत्या की साजिश के साथ-साथ आतंकवादियों तक हथियार पहुंचाने के मामले शामिल हैं.
बता दें कि 13 सितंबर को एक सर्च ऑपरेशन के दौरान TRF गुट ने भारतीय सुरक्षाबलों पर हमला किया था. इसमें जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस के DSP हुमायूं भट्ट, मेजर आशीष ढोंचक और 19 राष्ट्रीय राइफल्स के कमांडिंग ऑफिसर कर्नल मनप्रीत सिंह वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए थे. मेजर आशीष ढोंचक को इसी साल 15 अगस्त को उनकी बहादुरी के लिए अवॉर्ड दिया गया था.
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अनंतनाग के गडूल इलाके में 12 सितंबर की शाम सेना का ऑपरेशन शुरू किया गया था. लेकिन रात में ऑपरेशन बंद कर दिया गया था. 13 सितंबर की सुबह आतंकवादियों के बारे में इनपुट मिलने पर ऑपरेशन फिर से शुरू किया गया. कर्नल मनप्रीत सिंह ऑपरेशन को लीड कर रहे थे. तभी आतंकियों ने उन पर फायर कर दिया जिससे वो गंभीर रूप में घायल हो गए थे.
जानकारी के मुताबिक सुरक्षाबलों को 13 सितंबर की सुबह इलाके में दो से तीन आतंकवादियों के होने की सूचना मिली, जिसके बाद सेना और जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस की टीमों ने दोबारा ऑपरेशन शुरू किया था. मीडिया सूत्रों के अनुसार सेना से भागते हुए 2-3 आतंकी ऊंचाई वाली जगह पर पहुंच गए थे. इसी का फायदा उठाकर उन्होंने सैनिकों पर गोलीबारी कर दी जिसमें 3 बड़े अधिकारी वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए थे.
जम्मू-कश्मीर के बारामूला (Baramulla) जिले में सुरक्षा बलों ने नियंत्रण रेखा (LoC) पर तीन आतंकवादियों के घुसपैठ की कोशिश नाकाम कर दी है. भारतीय सेना ने एक बयान में जानकारी दी है कि तीनों आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया गया. आर्मी ने आरोप लगाया कि पाकिस्तानी सेना इनमें से एक आतंकवादी को बचाने और भगाने के लिए कवर फायर भी दे रही थी. हालांकि, भारतीय सुरक्षाबलों ने इस आतंकी को भी मार गिराया. आर्मी ने दो आतंकियों की बॉडी बरामद कर ली है. तीसरे आतंकी का शव LoC के पास गिरा है. जिसकी तलाश की जा रही है. रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, बारामूला जिले के उरी और हाथलंगा इलाके में LoC पर सेना, पुलिस और खुफिया एजेंसियों ने ये ऑपरेशन संयुक्त रूप से चलाया. तीन आतंकियों ने घुसपैठ की कोशिश की, जिन्हें जवानों ने देख लिया था. एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में पीर पंजाल ब्रिगेड के कमांडर ब्रिगेडियर पीएमएस ढिल्लों ने बताया,
ताजा जानकारी के अनुसार अनंतनाग में कोकेरनाग के जंगलों में छठे दिन भी एनकाउंटर जारी है। यहां कम से कम दो आतंकवादियों के छिपे होने की संभावना है। आतंकवादियों की तलाशी अभियान में सेना के स्पेशलाइज्ड दस्ते को उतारा गया है। इसके अलावा लैटेस्ट हेरॉन मार्क- 2 ड्रोन को भी आतंकवादियों के सफाए के लिए उतार दिया गया है। जंगलों में रुक-रुककर फायरिंग हो रही है। वहीं सेना का ड्रोन उपर से बम बरसा रहा है। बता दें कि इन जंगलों की गुफाओं में आतंकियों के छिपे होने की आशंका है।
