आईआईएफएल फाईनेंस ने महिला दिवस के अवसर पर सात ऑल वीमेन ‘शक्ति’ ब्रांच शुरू कीं।
भारत की सबसे बड़ी नॉन-बैंकिंग फाईनेंस कंपनियों में से एक, आईआईएफएल फाईनेंस ने दिल्ली नेशनल कैपिटल रीज़न (एनसीआर) और मुंबई मेट्रोपोलिटन रीज़न (एमएमआर) में सात गोल्ड लोन शाखाएं शुरू की हैं। इन गोल्ड लोन शाखाओं का संचालन महिला कर्मचारियों द्वारा किया जाएगा। महिला दिवस के अवसर पर शुरू की गई इस पहल ने गोल्ड लोन उद्योग में पहली बार महिलाओं के संचालन वाली शाखाएं शुरू की हैं। इससे वित्तीय सेवाओं में महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने की आईआईएफएल फाईनेंस की प्रतिबद्धता प्रदर्शित होती है।
ये ‘शक्ति’ ब्रांच महिलाओं की दृढ़ता और शक्ति की मिसाल पेश करती हैं, जो अपने समुदायों में सामाजिक और आर्थिक परिवर्तन लेकर आएंगी। इन शाखाओं पर सभी ऋणग्राही विशेष लाभों के साथ सेवाएं प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। यहाँ पर महिला उद्यमियों के लिए विशेष रूप से तैयार लिटरेसी प्रोग्राम्स भी प्रदान किए जाएंगे।
आईआईएफएल फाईनेंस के प्रेसिडेंट एवं चीफ ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर, अभिराम भट्टाचार्जी ने कहा, ‘‘आईआईएफएल फाईनेंस की एक चौथाई ग्राहक महिलाएं हैं, जो मुख्यतः बैंकिंग सेवाओं से वंचित और बैंकिंग सेवाओं की कमी वाले सेगमेंट्स से हैं। साथ ही हमारी शाखाओं में भी कई महिलाएं काम करती हैं। इन महिला-केंद्रित अभियानों द्वारा हमारा उद्देश्य वित्तीय आत्मनिर्भरता लाना एवं बिज़नेस के लिए एक ज्यादा समावेशी परिवेश का निर्माण करना है।
हर शक्ति ब्रांच का संचालन केवल महिलाएं करेंगी। यहाँ पर चालीस महिलाओं तक को रोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे। ये शाखाएं वित्तीय सेवाओं के अलावा कौशल विकास के कार्यक्रम भी पेश करेंगी, जो महिला उद्यमियों को अपने बिज़नेस का विस्तार करने में समर्थ बनाने के लिए डिज़ाईन किए गए हैं।
आईआईएफएल फाईनेंस के ज़ोनल हेड, गोल्ड लोन, मनीष मयंक ने कहा, ‘‘महिला बिज़नेस मालिक भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था में एक महत्वपूर्ण ताकत हैं। हमारे ग्राहकों में उनका एक बड़ा हिस्सा है। शक्ति ब्रांच की शुरुआत बैंकिंग से वंचित और बैंकिंग की कमी वाली छोटी महिला उद्यमियों को क्रेडिट और वित्तीय संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने की हमारी प्रतिबद्धता प्रदर्शित करती है। महिला दिवस यह पहल शुरू करने के लिए एक अच्छा अवसर है।
