जयपुर: ई-फैक्टर एक्सपीरियंस लिमिटेड को 27 सितंबर, 2023 को सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए अपनी इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग (आईपीओ) खोलने की घोषणा की है, सब्सक्रिप्शन की अवधि 03 अक्टूबर, 2023 को समाप्त होने वाली है। कंपनी के शेयरों को एनएसई एसएमई प्लेटफार्म पर लिस्ट किया जाएगा।
हेम सिक्योरिटीज लिमिटेड इस इश्यू के लिए बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर नियुक्त है, जबकि माशितला सिक्योरिटीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड। लिमिटेड को रजिस्ट्रार के रूप में चुना गया है।
इस ऑफरिंग में अलग-अलग निवेशक श्रेणियों के लिए विशिष्ट अलॉटमेंट के साथ कुल 34,56,000 इक्विटी शेयर शामिल हैं। अलॉटमेंट में एंकर निवेशकों के लिए 984,000 इक्विटी शेयर, क्वालिफाइड इंस्टिट्यूशनल बायर्स (क्यूआईबी) के लिए 6,56,000 शेयर, नॉन-इंस्टिट्यूशनल इन्वेस्टर्स (एनआईआई) के लिए 492,800 शेयर, रिटेल इंडिविजुअल इन्वेस्टर्स (आरआईआई) के लिए 1,148,800 शेयर और मार्केट मेकर्स के लिए 174,400 शेयर रिज़र्व रखे गये हैं।
ई-फैक्टर एक्सपीरियंस लिमिटेड, 2003 में स्थापित, अपनी डाइवर्स इवेंट सर्विसेज़ के माध्यम से हस्सैल फ्री और यूनिक एक्सपीरियंस बनाने और प्रदान करने का काम करती है जिसमें इंस्टिट्यूशनल टर्नकी असाइनमेंट, प्राइवेट और सोशल इवेंट, पर्यटन इवेंट मैनेजमेंट, तकनीक टेक-बेस्ड लाइट्स और साउंड नेशनल हेरिटेज और बड़े स्पोर्ट्स इवेंट के स्थानों पर शो शामिल हैं।
कंपनी का वित्तीय प्रदर्शन प्रभावशाली रहा है, वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में ऑपरेशंस से रेवेन्व्यू 11,926.16 लाख रुपये से बढ़कर 11,926.16 लाख रुपये हो गया है। वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 में 5,661.55 लाख, ई-फैक्टर एक्सपीरियंस लिमिटेड ने रुपये का प्रॉफिट आफ्टर टैक्स (पैट) हासिल किया। वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में 761.53 लाख, जो वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 में 253.25 लाख था। साथ ही, वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 में कंपनी की नेटवर्थ 349.37 लाख थी, जो वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में बढ़कर 1,101.67 हो गई।
