एलोन मस्क की टेस्ला 2024 में भारत में फैक्ट्री स्थापित कर सकती है
नई दिल्ली: एलोन मस्क की इलेक्ट्रिक कार निर्माता टेस्ला भारतीय बाजार में प्रवेश करने से बस कुछ कदम दूर है उम्मीद है की कंपनी 2024 में इस बाबत मसौदे को अमली जमा पहना सकेगी, और भारत में टेस्ला का आने का समय और स्थान तय हो जायेगा ।
एलोन मस्क की इलेक्ट्रिक कार कंपनी टेस्ला और भारत सरकार अमेरिका निर्मित वाहनों को देश में लाने के लिए अपने सौदे को अंतिम रूप देने की संभावना है। ब्लूमबर्ग रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, टेस्ला 2024 में भारतीय बाजार में एंट्री कर सकती है। इस रिपोर्ट में बताया कि भारत टेस्ला के साथ हाथ मिलाने के करीब पहुंच रहा है, जो अमेरिकी वाहन निर्माता को देश में कारें भेजने और हो सकता है की निर्माण की भी अनुमति देगा। ऐसी भी उम्मीद है कि इस डील के तहत टेस्ला 2024 में भारत में फैक्ट्री लगाएगी । कहा ये भी जा रहा है की डील के संबंध में घोषणा जनवरी 2024 में वाइब्रेंट गुजरात ग्लोबल समिट के दौरान की जा सकती है। टेस्ला अपनी इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन (ईवी) फैक्ट्री स्थापित करने के लिए महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु और गुजरात पर विचार कर रही है।
इस रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, टेस्ला द्वारा भारत में निर्माण और विक्री केंद्र स्थापित करने के लिए 2 बिलियन अमरीकी डालर का प्रारंभिक निवेश करने की भी उम्मीद है।
यह भी कहा है कि योजनाओं को अभी अंतिम रूप नहीं दिया गया है और भविष्य में इसमें बदलाव हो सकता है। एलोन मस्क की कंपनी की नज़र महाराष्ट्र और तमिलनाडु पर है क्योंकि उनके पास पहले से ही इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों और निर्यात के लिए अच्छी तरह से स्थापित पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र है। साथ ही गुजरात में ढांचागत विकास में तेजी से बढ़ोतरी पर विचार किया जा रहा है।
ऑटो पार्ट्स और शिपिंग ईवी के अलावा, टेस्ला लागत कम करने के लिए देश में कुछ बैटरी बनाने की भी योजना बना रही है। टेस्ला की वर्तमान में अमेरिका, चीन और जर्मनी में फैक्ट्रियां स्थापित हैं, और भारत में ईवी बढ़ाने के लिए मोदी सरकार के दबाव से एलोन मस्क की कंपनी के राजस्व में बड़ी वृद्धि हो सकती है।
भारत का इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन बाजार पिछले साल बेचे गए कुल यात्री वाहनों में बैटरी से चलने वाली कारों की हिस्सेदारी में सिर्फ 1.3% थी।
जबकि भारत में टेस्ला वाहनों के आयात पर शुल्क असाधारण रूप से अधिक है, यदि वाहन स्थानीय रूप से बनाए जाते हैं तो कीमतें में काफी कमी आएगी ।
हाल की घटनाक्रम पर ध्यान दे तो इसी महीने , टेस्ला के सीईओ एलोन मस्क ने कैलिफोर्निया के फ़्रेमोंट में टेस्ला की विनिर्माण सुविधा की यात्रा के दौरान भारत के केंद्रीय वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री पीयूष गोयल से नहीं मिल पाने पर खेद व्यक्त किया। गोयल की अमेरिका में सैन फ्रांसिस्को की 4 दिवसीय यात्रा के दौरान दोनों की मुलाकात होने वाली थी। मस्क ने दावा किया कि वह भविष्य में गोयल से मिलने के लिए उत्सुक हैं।
नवंबर के पहले सप्ताह में भारतीय आईटी मंत्री राजीव चन्द्रशेखर ने यूके में एलोन मस्क से मुलाकात की थी और इसी साल जून 21 को प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की भी टेस्ला के सीईओ एलन मस्क से मुलाकात हुई थी. इन बातो से यह अंदाजा लगाया रहा है कि शायद टेस्ला ने भारत में जल्द प्रवेश करने का मन बना लिया है ।
