स्प्रिंग व्यू हाइट्स के बेबस खरीदारों ने प्रोजेक्ट पर से सील हटाने की गुहार लगाई
गाजियाबाद : फ्लैट खरीददारों का रोष रविवार को खुल कर सामने आया , अपने घर के लिए पिछले दस सालों से परेशान बायर्स ने पहले बैठक,फिर प्रदर्शन के बाद स्थानीय प्रशासन को अपनी बेबसी का समाधान के लिए गुहार लगायी और प्रोजेक्ट पर लगी सील हटाने की मांग की।
मामला गाजियाबाद के लाल कुआँ स्थित सारे स्प्रिंग व्यू हाइट्स प्रोजेक्ट का है । वकौल खरीददार, इस प्रोजेक्ट को सन 2012 में शुरू किया गया था , जिसमें 600 से जयादा फ्लैट बनने थे, चुकी इस प्रोजेक्ट का लोकेशन बेहतर था तो खरीदारो ने अपने जीवन भर की जमा पूंजी लगा कर अपने लिए आशियाना खरीदने का मन बनाया और फ्लैट बुक किया , लेकिन बिल्डर 2016 में अधूरी प्रोजेक्ट छोड़ कर भाग गया , 2019 में में सभी खरीददारों ने मिलकर सारे स्प्रिंग व्यू हाइट्स बायर्स एसोसिएशन बनाया , और अपनी शिकायत रेरा तक पहुचायी, जिसके बाद प्रोजेक्ट के प्रमोटर्स में से एक ने रेरा से अनुमति लेकर और दो बार एक्सटेंशन लेकर काम शुरू किया , पर प्रोजेक्ट के 6 में से सिर्फ 2 टावर्स को ही पूरा किया और वो भी करीब 85 %, और बाकि बचे टावर अभी भी पुरे नहीं हुए हैं।
बायर्स का कहना हैं की 500 ख़रीददरों में कुल पांच – छह लोग ही रिफंड चाहते हैं और उन बायर्स ने ग़ज़िआबाद , DM के खिलाफ इलाहबाद हाई कोर्ट COC करके इस प्रोजेक्ट को DM के आदेश से पूरी तरह रुकबा दिया और प्रोजेक्ट सील हो गयी , बायर्स के एस्क्रौ अकाउंट भी सील हो गए जिसमें बायर्स के कंस्ट्रक्शन के लिए पैसा जमा किया गया था।
फ्लैट खरीददारों में ढेर सारे सीनियर सिटीजन भी हैं, जिन्होंने ने अपने जीवन भर की जमा पूंजी तो लगायी ही और साथ में बैंक से भी बड़ी रकम कर्ज के रूप में लिया और अपने लिए घर का सपना संजोया , अब उनकी परेशानी और चिंता काफी बढ़ी हुयी है और अपने बेबसी पर लाचार हैं। उम्मीद है की इन फ्लैट बायर्स की प्रशासन सुधि लेगा और जल्द ही सकारात्मक कदम उठाएगा जिससे बायर्स हो जल्द राहत मिल सके ।
