हिल्टन ने गुरुग्राम में फ्लैगशिप होटल के साथ भारत में अपने पोर्टफोलियो का विस्तार किया
गुरुग्राम: हिल्टन (NYSE: HLT) ने गुरुग्राम में अपने फ्लैगशिप ब्रांड, हिल्टन होटल्स एंड रिसॉर्ट्स के अनुबंध पर हस्ताक्षर की घोषणा की। यह हिल्टन का भारत में 27वां होटल होगा और बानी ग्रुप के साथ इसकी दूसरी साझेदारी होगी। नया हिल्टन गुरुग्राम बानी सिटी सेंटर, साल 2024 की चौथी तिमाही में खुलने के लिए तैयार है।
यह प्रॉपर्टी गुरुग्राम के प्रमुख आईटी एवं आर्थिक केंद्रों के बीच स्थित होगी, जो गोल्फ कोर्स एक्सटेंशन रोड पर प्रमुख व्यावसायिक जिलों, मनोरंजन केंद्रों और उच्च स्तरीय आवासीय एवं वाणिज्यिक क्षेत्रों के करीब होगी। हिल्टन गुरुग्राम बानी सिटी सेंटर, कारोबार और घूमने-फिरने के लिए आने वाले यात्रियों को बेहतरीन सेवाएं प्रदान करेगा।
मुख्य विशेषताएं:
- कमरे और सुइट्स: होटल में 223 कमरे होंगे, जिनमें किंग रूम्स और बड़े सुइट्स शामिल होंगे।
- MICE स्पेस: विवाह समारोहों, कॉर्पोरेट और सामाजिक समारोहों के लिए 15,000 वर्ग-फुट से अधिक क्षेत्र में MICE स्पेस।
- भोजन विकल्प: चार F&B आउटलेट्स, जिनमें एक दिन भर खुला रहने वाला डाइनिंग रेस्टोरेंट, एक स्पेशलिटी रेस्टोरेंट, एक लॉबी बार, और एक कैफे लाउंज शामिल हैं।

बानी ग्रुप के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर, साहिल भाटिया ने कहा, “हिल्टन के साथ हमारी सफल साझेदारी ने हमें हिल्टन बानी सिटी सेंटर गुरुग्राम के साथ आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया है।”
भारत में 26 होटलों के संचालन और 22 और होटलों की पाइपलाइन के साथ, हिल्टन अपनी प्रॉपर्टी को तीन गुना बढ़ाकर 75 होटलों तक पहुंचाने की राह पर है, जिससे यह भारतीय हॉस्पिटैलिटी मार्केट में अपनी स्थिति को और मजबूत बनाएगा।
