राजधानी में मंगलवार को दोपहर बाद पेट्रोल की कमी की सूचना के चलते लोग तेल लेने के लिए पेट्रोल पंप पर उमड़ पड़े। ड्राइवरों की हड़ताल के चलते लखनऊ में पेट्रोल पंप पर तेल के लिए मारा-मारी मची हुई है। टैंकरों की हड़ताल के चलते पेट्रोल टंकियां तक तेल नहीं पंहुचा है। अभी तक पेट्रोल टंकियों पर पहले से स्टॉक तेल बेचा जा रहा है। कैम्पल रोड, स्थित एस्सार पेट्रोल टंकी पर तेल खत्म हो गया है। ठाकुरगंज के पेट्रोल टंकियों पर तेल लेने की होड़ मची लगी रही। तेल लेने वालों की भीड़ से रोड पर भीषण जाम लग गया। दरअसल ट्रक ड्राइवरों के हड़ताल पर जाने का असर पेट्रोलियम आपूर्ति पर भी हुआ। यूपी के नए कानून के विरोध में रोडवेज बस अड्डे परिसर में चालकों ने बस खड़ा कर दिया। ड्राइवरों ने कानून के विरोध में नारेबाजी करते हुए प्रदर्शन किया। इससे यात्रियों को काफी दिक्कतों का समाना करना पड़ा। रोडवेज ड्राइवरों में प्राइवेट चालकों से डर बना हुआ है। मगंलवार की सुबह ही अवध डिपो पर प्राइवेट चालकों और परिवहन निगम के चालको में कहासुनी हो गयी। बात इतनी बढ़ गयी कि दोनों तरफ से दर्जन भर लोग आपस में भीड़ गये जिससे अयोध्या रोड पर चिनहट तिराहे के पास जाम लग गया। बस नही चलने से प्राइवेट गाड़ी चालकों ने यात्रियों से दो गुने पैसे वसूले।

हिट एंड रन कानून में बदलाव को लेकर ट्रांसपोर्ट आॅपरेटर और ड्राइवरों में भय का माहौल है। कोई भी ड्राइवर स्टीयरिंग पकड़ने को तैयार नहीं है। चारबाग रेलवे बस स्टेशन, कचहरी बस स्टेशन पर चालकों ने गाड़ियां खड़ी कर हड़ताल शुुरु कर दिया जिससे बीच सड़क पर जाम लग गया। जिससे आसपास व दूरदराज के इलाकों में जाने वाले यात्री सुबह से ही भटकते हुए नजर आए। विरोध में आॅटो चालक भी शामिल रहे। इसका असर पेट्रोलियम तेल पर भी पड़ा है। लखनऊ के हजरतगंज स्थित पेट्रोल पंप पर गाड़ियों में तेल भरवाने के लिए लोगों का देर रात तक तांता लगा रहा है। दरअसल लोग टैंक फुल कराने में लगे रहे, जिससे अगर हड़ताल लंबी चली तो पेट्रोल या डीजल जैसी समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े। वहीं पीछे कतार में लगे वाहन चालकों से बहस भी हुई। आलमबाग, चारबाग सहित अन्य जगहों पर कई चार पहिया गाड़ियां पेट्रोल कम होने के कारण खड़ी हो गयी। शहर के जवाहर भवन, बादशाह नगर, गोमती नगर, इन्दिरानगर पेट्रोल पंप पर नो पेट्रोल-डीजल की तख्ती लग गई। वहीं जहां पेट्रोल-डीजल का स्टॉक बचा हुआ है, वहां टंकी फुल कराने की मारामारी रही। हाल यह था कि कई पंपों पर तेल खत्म होने के बाद भी लोग खडेÞ रहे। गोमतीनगर के विभूति खण्ड के पेट्रोल पंप के मालिक सहित शहर के अन्य मालिकों ने बताया कि मगंलवार रात पेट्रोल डीजल नहीं मिला तो उनकी टंकी खाली हो जायेगी। आशियाना में पेट्रोल डीजल की आपूर्ति पर फिलहाल कोई असर नहीं है। रोडवेज और प्राइवेट बसें चलने लगी हैं।
