नई दिल्ली: इंडस एक्शन, एक प्रमुख गैर-लाभकारी संगठन जो संविदानशील नागरिकों के लिए कल्याण प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, ने अपनी वार्षिक ब्राइट स्पॉट्स रिपोर्ट (BSR) 2023 को जारी किया है। इस रिपोर्ट में भारत भर में राइट टू फ्री और कंपल्सरी एजुकेशन एक्ट (RTE एक्ट) के धारा 12(1)(c) के कार्यान्वयन का विश्लेषण किया गया है। 2009 में पारित की गई इस एक्ट में यह निर्देशित किया गया है कि निजी अनुदानित स्कूलों को 25% सीटें आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों (ईडब्ल्यूएस) और संवार्गीय समुदायों के लिए आरक्षित की जाएं। BSR, 2018 में शुरू किया गया था, इंडस एक्शन की प्रतिबद्धता का एक प्रमाण है कि यह सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं को कैप्चर करने और शिक्षात्मक प्रणालियों में समानता को प्रोत्साहित करने में कैसे मदद करता है।
