इस कार्यक्रम के तहत, प्रतिभागियों को एसस्टूडियो एकेडमी के सहयोग से छः महीने का गहन ब्यूटी कोर्स प्रदान किया गया। इस कोर्स के माध्यम से उन्हें सौंदर्य उद्योग में करियर बनाने के लिए आवश्यक कौशल और ज्ञान प्राप्त हुआ। इस प्रशिक्षण से न केवल महिलाओं को रोजगार के अवसर मिलते हैं, बल्कि यह उन्हें आत्मविश्वासी और आत्मनिर्भर व्यक्ति बनने की भी प्रेरणा देता है।
व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण के साथ जीवन कौशल का विकास
कला से काम तक कार्यक्रम केवल तकनीकी कौशल तक ही सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह महिलाओं को विभिन्न जीवन कौशल भी सिखाता है। डीएसएफ द्वारा सेल्फ-केयर और हाईजीन, सेल्फ डिफेंस, कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स, फाइनेंशियल लिटरेसी, वर्क एथिक्स, स्मार्ट पर्सनल चॉइसेज़, और मेहंदी कला जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों पर वर्कशॉप्स आयोजित की जाती हैं। इन वर्कशॉप्स से प्रतिभागी अपने जीवन के हर पहलू में आत्मनिर्भरता और सशक्तिकरण का अनुभव करती हैं।
बाहरी ट्रेनर्स के साथ बातचीत: रोजगार और आत्मनिर्भरता को बढ़ावा
डीएसएफ नियमित रूप से बाहरी ब्यूटी ट्रेनर्स के साथ वार्ताएं आयोजित करता है, जो महिलाओं को न केवल रोजगार के लिए तैयार करती हैं बल्कि उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए भी प्रेरित करती हैं। इन वार्ताओं के माध्यम से महिलाएं अपने कौशल में सुधार कर, अपने परिवारों के लिए आर्थिक रूप से योगदान देने वाली सशक्त महिलाएं बनती हैं।
छतरपुर और वसंत कुंज में प्रशिक्षण केंद्र
डीएसएफ ने छतरपुर गाँव, नई दिल्ली में सौंदर्य स्किल एकेडमी के साथ साझेदारी की है। यहाँ 20 लड़कियों के पहले बैच ने दिसंबर 2023 में अपना छः महीने का बेसिक ब्यूटी कोर्स पूरा किया। इसके बाद 20 और लड़कियों का एक और बैच इस कोर्स को पूरा कर चुका है।
अप्रैल 2024 में एसस्टूडियो एकेडमी के सहयोग से वसंत कुंज में एक और सेंटर खोला गया, जहाँ 40 और महिलाओं ने इस कार्यक्रम में नामांकन कराया।
दर्शना सिंगल फाउंडेशन: महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण की ओर एक कदम
