5 नए जिलों के साथ प्रमुख शासन व्यवस्था में बदलाव के लिए लद्दाख तैयार
नई दिल्ली: केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह की घोषणा के अनुसार, लद्दाख पांच नए जिलों के निर्माण के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रशासनिक परिवर्तन के लिए तैयार है। अधिक समृद्ध लद्दाख के लिए प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दृष्टिकोण के अनुरूप यह रणनीतिक कदम, शासन को बढ़ाने और इस दूरस्थ और रणनीतिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र में लोगों के करीब विकास लाने के लिए तैयार है।
पांच नए जिले-चांगथांग, ज़ांस्कर, द्रास, शाम और नुब्रा-लद्दाख के प्रशासनिक ढांचे को नया आकार देंगे, लेह और कारगिल के मौजूदा जिलों को मिलाकर कुल सात जिले बनेंगे। वर्तमान में, लेह और कारगिल, प्रत्येक एक स्वतंत्र जिला परिषद द्वारा शासित हैं, लद्दाख के प्रशासन का प्रबंधन करते हैं। नए जिलों से प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं को सुव्यवस्थित करने और यह सुनिश्चित करने की उम्मीद की जाती है कि विकास पहल इस उच्च ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्र के सबसे अलग-थलग क्षेत्रों तक भी पहुंचे।
मंत्री अमित शाह ने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में इस निर्णय के महत्व पर जोर दिया और बताया कि इन जिलों का निर्माण एक विकसित और समृद्ध लद्दाख के निर्माण के लिए सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता को पूरा करने की दिशा में एक कदम है। उन्होंने कहा, “नए जिले, अर्थात् ज़ांस्कर, द्रास, शाम, नुब्रा और चांगथांग, हर कोने में शासन को मजबूत करके लोगों को उनके दरवाजे तक लाभ पहुंचाएंगे।”
अपने आश्चर्यजनक परिदृश्यों और चुनौतीपूर्ण इलाकों के लिए प्रसिद्ध लद्दाख, महत्वपूर्ण रणनीतिक महत्व भी रखता है। अतिरिक्त जिलों में विभाजन से न केवल स्थानीय प्रशासन में सुधार होगा बल्कि क्षेत्र की रणनीतिक तैयारी भी मजबूत होगी। यह प्रशासनिक बदलाव लद्दाख की पूर्ण क्षमता को साकार करने की दिशा में एक दूरदर्शी कदम है, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि विकास प्रभावी ढंग से प्रत्येक जिले की विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप हो और संतुलित क्षेत्रीय विकास को बढ़ावा मिले।
