राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनाव : कांग्रेस ने किया अपना लोक लुभावन घोषणापत्र जारी
वैसे तो प्रत्येक राजनीति पार्टी चुनाव के मद्दे नज़र अपनी घोषणापत्र जारी करती है और कई तरह के दावे भी करती है पर कई मोर्चो पर जूझ रही राजस्थान की कांग्रेस सरकार ने वोटिंग से ठीक 4 दिन पहले मंगलवार को अपना घोषणापत्र जारी किया, और जैसे फ्री बिज़ के जरिये चुनाव जीतने का मन बना रही है । इसे जन घोषणा पत्र-2 नाम दिया है। कांग्रेस प्रभारी मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे, सीएम अशोक गहलोत ने यह घोषणा पत्र जारी किया।
पार्टी ने बताया, तीन करोड़ लोगों के आए सुझावों के बाद दर्जन भर से ज्यादा नेताओं की टीम ने मिलकर इसे तैयार किया है। बता दें, पिछले सप्ताह भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने 80 पेज का मेनिफेस्टो जारी किया था और अब इसके जवाब में कांग्रेस पार्टी ने 85 पेज का मेनिफेस्टो जारी किया है। अशोक गहलोत ने घोषणापत्र में प्रदेश की जनता को भर-भरकर फ्री का सपना दिखाया है। आइये देखते है की क्या खास है इस घोषणापत्र में ..
• कांग्रेस पार्टी ने चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा बीमा की राशि 25 लाख से बढ़ाकर 50 लाख रुपए करने का वादा किया।
• युवाओं के लिए 10 लाख नई नौकरी सृजित करने की बात कही।
• 4 लाख लोगों को सरकारी नौकरी
• मनरेगा में अब 120 दिन की जगह 150 दिन तक काम देने की योजना।
• पहले 500 रुपए में सिलेंडर दे रही थी, अब इसे घटाकर 400 रु. कर दिया है।
• सरकार बनते ही जातिगत जनगणना कराई जाएगी
• किसानों को दो लाख रुपए तक का लोन ब्याज मुक्त दिया जाएगा।
• छोटे व्यापारियों और दुकानदारों को पांच लाख रुपए तक का ब्याज मुक्त लोन दिया जाएगा।
• 12वीं तक पढ़ाई फ्री
• पार्टी ने घोषणा पत्र में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने की घोषणा को भी शामिल किया
• परिवहन में जारी यात्रा किराए में छूट के अतिरिक्त फ्री मासिक कूपन जारी होंगे।
इस अवसर पर कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने कहा कि अभी पिछले घोषण पत्र में हमने जो वादे किए थे उनकों अशोक गहलोत और पार्टी के नेताओं ने मिलकर पूरा किया। सरकार ने 95 प्रतिशत वादे पूरे किए। अगर किसी घोषणा पत्र में किए हुए वादे कोई सरकार 90 प्रतिशत भी पूरे करती है तो बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि मानी जाती है। कांग्रेस ने तो 95 प्रतिशत वादे पूरे किए हैं।
घोषणा पत्र से पहले ही कांग्रेस राजस्थान विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए 7 गारंटियां जारी कर चुकी है। इसमें महिलाओं को सालाना 10 हजार रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता, 500 रुपये में सभी को गैस सिलेंडर, सरकारी कॉलेज के प्रथम वर्ष में दाखिला लेने वाले युवाओं को फ्री टैब या लैपटॉप, 25 लाख रुपये का आपदा राहत बीमा और किसानों से गोबर की खरीद, सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन योजना के लिए कानून व सरकारी स्कूलों में अंग्रेजी मीडियम स्कूलों को बढ़ावा देने की घोषणा शामिल है।
राज्य की 199 सीटों पर 25 नवंबर को मतदान होगा। ये देखना दिलचस्प होगा की जनता किस पार्टी को जीत का सेहरा पहनाती है।
