टीच फॉर इंडिया 2025 फैलोशिपः ‘स्नेहपूर्वक नेतृत्व करने’ का अवसर क्लासरूम से शुरू होता है
नई दिल्ली: शिक्षा में समानता की समर्थक गैरलाभकारी संस्था, टीच फॉर इंडिया अपने 2025 फैलोशिप के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित कर रही है। वो फैलो के रूप में बच्चों के भविष्य में महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन लेकर आएंगे और स्नेहपूर्वक भविष्य के नेतृत्वकर्ताओं का मार्गदर्शन करेंगे। इसके लिए आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 1 सितंबर, 2024 है।
टीच फॉर इंडिया एक दो वर्षीय, पूर्णकालिक सशुल्क फैलोशिप प्रोग्राम है। इसमें 500 से ज्यादा विश्वविद्यालयों, कॉलेजों और 300 कंपनियों से विभिन्न पृष्ठभूमि और उम्र के फैलो एक जगह आकर फैलोशिप करते हैं। फैलोशिप की आवेदन प्रक्रिया बहुत कठोर है और इसके लिए भारत के सबसे प्रतिभाशाली एवं होनहार लोगों से आवेदन प्राप्त होते हैं।
फैलोशिप के लिए चयन होने के बाद ये फैलो किफायती निजी स्कूलों में या इंग्लिश मीडियम के सरकारी स्कूलों में पूर्णकालिक टीचर्स के रूप में काम करेंगे और भारत में असमानताओं की चुनौतियों के बीच विद्यार्थियों का मार्गदर्शन करेंगे। इससे उन्हें नेतृत्व के विभिन्न पहलुओं, जैसे भावनात्मक कौशल, सहानुभूति, धैर्य से सुनने, और संबंधों के विकास का बहुमूल्य ज्ञान भी प्राप्त होगा। ये सभी कौशल उनके व्यावसायिक विकास में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देंगे।
2024 के फैलोशिप समूह में अभी तक 670 से ज्यादा फैलो शामिल हो चुके हैं। इन सभी का उद्देश्य शिक्षा की मदद से एक उदार और समानतापूर्ण भारत का निर्माण करना है। टीच फॉर इंडिया फैलोशिप की खासियत है कि यह शिक्षा के मौजूदा परिदृश्य में महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन लाने का अवसर प्रदान करती है।
