इसके पहले एपिसोड में जो 19 नवंबर को रात 9 बजे डिस्कवरी चैनल और डिस्कवरी+ पर प्रसारित हुआ, उसमें रणविजय यह पता लगाने में जुटे हैं कि क्या…? ब्रह्मास्त्र, अर्जुन का गांडीव, भीम की गदा और शिव का पाशुपतास्त्र केवल कल्पना मात्र थे या ऐसा सच जिसके अवशेष आज भी मौजूद हैं जिन्हें खोजा जाना बाकी है। इस एपिसोड में नई दिल्ली के आसपास के उन शहरों की छान बिन करी गई है जो महाभारत की कथा से जुड़े हुए हैं। इनमें कुरुक्षेत्र, हस्तिनापुर, बरनावा और सिनौली शामिल हैं।

खोज की शुरुआत पुराना किला से होती है, जिसे प्राचीन इंद्रप्रस्थ, पांडवों की पहली राजधानी माना जाता है। इसके बाद आगे के सफर में दर्शकों को बरनावा ले जाते हैं, जहां महाभारत की लाक्षागृह में आग लगने की घटना सामने आती है। उसके बाद रणविजय सिनौली पहुंचते हैं, जो एक पुरातात्विक केंद्र है, जहां कई प्राचीन खोजें महाभारत युग से जुड़ी बातों का संकेत देती हैं। और अंत में यह खोज हस्तिनापुर में समाप्त होती है, जहां दुर्लभ अवशेष और प्राचीन अस्र-शस्र इन पौराणिक शस्त्रों की शक्ति और प्रभाव की झलक देते हैं।
