नई दिल्ली: पाकिस्तान की आईएसआई से जुड़े नार्को-टेरर नेटवर्क में शामिल होने के आरोप में जम्मू-कश्मीर के छह अधिकारियों को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है। यह कार्रवाई सुरक्षा खतरों से निपटने और क्षेत्र में स्थिरता बनाए रखने के लिए चल रहे प्रयासों को रेखांकित करती है।
जम्मू-कश्मीर में नशीली दवाओं की बिक्री के माध्यम से आतंकवाद के वित्तपोषण में कथित संलिप्तता के लिए पुलिसकर्मियों सहित छह सरकारी अधिकारियों को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है। यह उपाय क्षेत्र में आतंकवाद और नशीले पदार्थों से संबंधित गतिविधियों से निपटने के लिए चल रहे प्रयासों पर प्रकाश डालता है।
जांच से पता चला कि बर्खास्त अधिकारी पाकिस्तान की इंटर-सर्विसेज इंटेलिजेंस (आईएसआई) और पाकिस्तान स्थित विभिन्न आतंकवादी समूहों द्वारा संचालित एक परिष्कृत नार्को-आतंकवादी नेटवर्क में शामिल थे। कथित तौर पर इस नेटवर्क का उपयोग नशीली दवाओं की बिक्री के माध्यम से आतंकवाद को वित्तपोषित करने के लिए किया गया था, जिससे क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा परिदृश्य और अधिक जटिल हो गया था।
नार्को-आतंकवादी नेटवर्क नशीले पदार्थों के प्रवाह को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए जिम्मेदार था, जिसकी आय का उपयोग आतंकवादी गतिविधियों को वित्त पोषित करने के लिए किया जाता था। उपराज्यपाल मनोज सिन्हा ने सुरक्षा चिंताओं का हवाला देते हुए बिना किसी जांच के इन अधिकारियों के रोजगार को समाप्त करने के लिए संविधान के अनुच्छेद 311(2)(सी) का इस्तेमाल किया। यह प्रावधान राज्य सुरक्षा के लिए आवश्यक समझे जाने पर औपचारिक जांच के बिना बर्खास्तगी की अनुमति देता है।
2019 में अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त किए जाने के बाद से, प्रशासन ने इसी आधार पर 70 सरकारी कर्मचारियों को बर्खास्त कर दिया है।
पिछले महीने, दो पुलिस कांस्टेबलों सहित चार सरकारी कर्मचारियों को नार्को-आतंकवाद में उनकी कथित संलिप्तता के लिए बर्खास्त कर दिया गया था। यह कार्रवाई नार्को-आतंकवादी नेटवर्क को संबोधित करने और उसे बाधित करने और क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के चल रहे प्रयासों का हिस्सा है।
