प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री अरविन्दर सिंह लवली ने राजधानी में डीटीसी व कलस्टर बसों में तैनात मार्शलों के चल रहे धरने को खुला समर्थन देने का किया ऐलान
नई दिल्ली- राजधानी में डीटीसी व कलस्टर बसों पर तैनात 10 हजार से भी अधिक मार्शल अपनी रोजी रोटी व नौकरी को बचाने के लिए लम्बे समय से संघर्ष कर रहे है। आज अचानक इस आंदोलन ने नया रुप ले लिया, जब दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष श्री अरविन्दर सिंह लवली ने धरने में पहुॅचकर आंदोलन की न केवल खुला समर्थन देने की घोषणा की बल्कि खुद दिल्ली सचिवालय के बाहर धरने पर बैठकर मार्शलों के इस आंदोलन में शामिल हो गए। उनके साथ पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता व पूर्व विधायक श्री मुकेश शर्मा व श्री हरी शंकर गुप्ता भी शामिल हुए। श्री लवली व कांग्रेस नेताओं के धरना स्थल पर पहुॅचते ही मार्शलों ने उनके समर्थन में जोरदार नारेबाजी की, लेकिन जैसे ही मार्शलों ने सरकार विरोधी नारे लगाने शुरु किए, श्री लवली ने उन्हें यह कहकर रोक दिया कि इस मुद्दे पर हम राजनीति करने नही आए हैं।
श्री लवली ने गुस्साऐं मार्शलों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी इस मुद्दे पर राजनीति नही करना चाहती और केवल और केवल मार्शलों को स्थाई नौकरी कैसे मिले, इसके लिए प्रयासरत है। उन्होंने दिल्ली की भाजपा व आम आदमी पार्टी को आव्हान किया कि यदि उनकी नीति और नियत सही है तो वो इस मुद्दे पर कांग्रेस के साथ उपराज्यपाल आवास पर चले और सर्वसम्मति से इस मुद्दे को हल करवाऐ। श्री लवली ने आक्रामक अंदाज में आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि पहले दिल्ली सरकार ने सिविल डिफेंस एक्ट में बिना संशोधन किए, यह जानते हुए भी कि यह गलत है, इन्हें प्रशासनिक आदेश से नौकरी पर लगा दिया और फिर उपराज्यपाल को इन्हें हटाने की सिफारिश कर दी। उन्होंने इस बात की कड़ी आलोचना करते हुए कहा इन्हें 5 महीने का बकाया वेतन तुरंत दिया जाए।
श्री लवली ने यह भी कहा कि आज जिस तरीके से इन मार्शलों की नियुक्ति को लेकर इन्हें फुटबाल की तरह इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है, वह पूरी तरह गैर कानूनी व अनुचित है। श्री लवली ने कहा कि जैसे सिविल डिफेंस के नाम पर इन्हें पहले मूर्ख बनाया गया था, अब दिल्ली होम गार्ड के नाम पर इन्हे फिर गुमराह किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि सरकार की नियत साफ है तो तुरंत दिल्ली होम गार्ड के भर्ती के नियम व आदेशों को सरकारी तौर पर बदलकर इन मार्शलों की सीधी नियुक्ति के लिखित आदेश जारी किए जाए। उन्होंने दिल्ली सरकार को यह भी सुझाव दिया कि यदि उसकी नीति और नियत दोनो ठीक है तो डीटीसी बोर्ड के माध्यम से इन्हें डीटीसी में अनुबंध पर नौकरी दी जा सकती है।
श्री लवली ने कहा कि स्वतंत्र भारत की यह पहली मार्मिक व दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना है कि करवा चौथ के पवित्र त्यौहार पर सुहागन अपने छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को लेकर धरने पर बैठने को मजबूर है।
श्री मुकेश शर्मा ने मार्शलों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली कांग्रेस इस मुद्दे पर आक्रामक रुप से न केवल लड़ाई लड़ेगी बल्कि जरुरत पड़ने पर कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता भी इनके साथ इस मुददे पर सड़कां पर उतरेंगे। श्री शर्मा ने कहा कि हम यहां किसी को गाली देने नही आए बल्कि इस मुददे का कांग्रेस स्थाई समाधान चाहती है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने धरने पर बैठे लोगों के लिए शौचालय और पीने के पानी कोई व्यवस्था नही की है, जो कि शर्मनाक है। उन्होंने कहा कि जहां दिल्ली कांग्रेस उपराज्यपाल को पूरे मामले पर विस्तृत पत्र लिख रही है, वहीं प्रदेश कांग्रेस ने पार्टी की तरफ से धरना स्थल पर बैठे लोगों के लिए पीने के पानी मुहैया कराने का निर्णय भी लिया है। श्री शर्मा ने कहा कि आज एक बार फिर इन्हें दिल्ली होम गार्ड में नौकरी देने का लोली पॉप दिया जा रहा है, जो भर्ती के नियमों में बदलाव के बिना संभव नही है।
धरने पर बैठे मार्शल जबरदस्त नारेबाजी कर रहे थे। इन मार्शलों में केन्द्र की भाजपा व दिल्ली सरकार के खिलाफ जबरदस्त गुस्सा है। उनका सीधा आरोप है कि हमारी बर्खास्तगी दोनो सरकारों की मिली भगत से की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि मार्शल किसी भी स्तर तक इस लड़ाई तक लड़ने के लिए तैयार है। मार्शलों ने हाथों में सरकार विरोधी नारे लिखी तख्तियां ले रखी थी। कांग्रेस नेता श्री मौहम्मद उस्मान भी मार्शलों के इस धरने में शामिल थे।
