नई दिल्ली: कमजोर आबादी के लिए आवश्यक सेवाओं तक पहुंच बढ़ाने के लिए समर्पित एक प्रमुख गैर-लाभकारी संगठन इंडस एक्शन ने वर्ष 2023 के लिए अपनी वार्षिक ब्राइट स्पॉट रिपोर्ट (बीएसआर) का अनावरण किया है। यह व्यापक रिपोर्ट धारा 12(1) के कार्यान्वयन पर प्रकाश डालती है। )(सी) पूरे भारत में मुफ्त और अनिवार्य शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम (आरटीई अधिनियम), शैक्षिक ढांचे के भीतर समानता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए संगठन की अटूट प्रतिबद्धता को रेखांकित करता है।

रिपोर्ट 12(1)(सी) कार्यान्वयन पर सार्वजनिक रूप से सुलभ डेटा की कमी को रेखांकित करती है, बेहतर डेटा संग्रह और पारदर्शिता की आवश्यकता पर प्रकाश डालती है। शिक्षा में एक महत्वपूर्ण सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी के रूप में इसकी क्षमता के बावजूद, आरक्षित सीटों का एक बड़ा प्रतिशत खाली रहता है।
