पटना: बिहार में स्मार्ट हेल्थकेयर प्रोजेक्ट-भव्या के लिए रोडिक कंसल्टैंट्स को प्रतिष्ठित स्मार्ट अर्बन इन्नोवेशन अवार्ड से नवाजा गया है। यह सम्मान फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री (फिक्की) द्वारा नई दिल्ली के फेडरेशन हाउस में आयोजित एक समारोह में प्रदान किया गया।
रोडिक कंसल्टैंट्स, एक अग्रणी इंजीनियरिंग एवं डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कंसल्टिंग कंपनी है, जिसने बिहार के 38 जिलों में जिला अस्पतालों से लेकर स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों तक फैले 13,000 राज्य सरकार संचालित स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं में एकीकृत अस्पताल सूचना प्रबंधन प्रणाली (एचआईएमएस) को विकसित, डिजाइन और लागू किया है। इस परियोजना में रोडिक कंसल्टैंट्स ने मैनेजर सर्विस प्रोवाइडर (एमएसपी) के तौर पर कार्य किया है।
कंपनी ने अब तक 38 जिलों में एचआईएमएस का सफल क्रियान्वन कर लिया है और मई 2024 में सभी जिलों को अत्याधुनिक एचआईएमएस प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से एकीकृत कर दिया गया है। इस एचआईएमएस प्लेटफॉर्म में मरीजों के पंजीकरण, ओपीडी और आईपीडी प्रबंधन, डॉक्टर की शेड्यूलिंग, फार्मेसी, रेडियोलॉजी और लैब सूचना मॉड्यूल सहित 20 से अधिक मॉड्यूल शामिल हैं।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा उपयोग किए जा रहे पुराने या मौजूदा स्टैंडअलोन एप्लीकेशन्स को एचआईएमएस प्लेटफॉर्म के साथ एकीकृत कर “भव्या” नामक एकीकृत एचआईएमएस प्लेटफॉर्म बनाया गया है। यह प्लेटफॉर्म वर्तमान में पूरे बिहार में स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र की डिजिटल आवश्यकताओं को पूरा कर रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त, एक केंद्रीय स्थान पर स्थित अत्याधुनिक एकीकृत नियंत्रण और कमांड केंद्र स्वास्थ्य संकेतकों और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं की निगरानी करता है। इससे प्रबंधन को प्रतिक्रियात्मक से सक्रिय निर्णय लेने में मदद मिलती है और यह नागरिक केंद्रित दृष्टिकोण की ओर बदलाव सुनिश्चित करता है।
