विवा ट्रेडकॉम लिमिटेड का एसएमई आईपीओ 27 सितंबर को सबस्क्रिप्शन के लिए खुला
जयपुर: टेक्सटाइल व्यापार में लगी विवा ट्रेडकॉम लिमिटेड का पब्लिक इश्यू 27 सितंबर को सबस्क्रिप्शन के लिए खुला है। कंपनी कार्यशील पूंजी आवश्यकताओं और सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्य को फंड देने के लिए रु. 7.99 करोड़ जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। पब्लिक इश्यू सबस्क्राइब करने की अंतिम तिथि 4 अक्टूबर है।
आईपीओ में रु. 10 रुपये मूल्य के 15.66 लाख इक्विटी शेयरों का एक फ्रेश इश्यू शामिल होगा, जिसकी कीमत रु. 51 प्रति शेयर (रु. 41 प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के प्रीमियम सहित) होगी, जिसका कुल मूल्य रु. 7.99 करोड़ होगा। आवेदन के लिए न्यूनतम लॉट साइज 2,000 शेयर है जिसका प्रति आवेदन मूल्य रु. 1.02 लाख है। इंटरएक्टिव फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज लिमिटेड इस इश्यू का प्रमुख प्रबंधक है। कंपनी के शेयर बीएसई एसएमई एक्सचेंज प्लेटफॉर्म पर सूचीबद्ध होंगे।
मार्च 2023 में, विवा ने भारत के कर्नाटक, केरल, दिल्ली, पंजाब, हरियाणा, उत्तर प्रदेश, चंडीगढ़, हिमाचल प्रदेश, जम्मु-कश्मीर, राजस्थान और उत्तराखंड जैसे राज्यो में फर्नीचर उद्योग में उपयोग किए जाने वाले विभिन्न मोटाई के वीर एमडीएफ बोर्ड और प्रेलम एमडीएफ बोर्ड वितरित करने के लिए रुशिल डेकोर लिमिटेड के साथ एक समझौता किया था। विवा ट्रेडकॉम के ग्राहकों में लाइफस्टाइल इंटरनेशनल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, आदित्य बिड़ला फैशन एंड रिटेल लिमिटेड, लज्जा पॉलीफैब प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, नंदन डेनिम लिमिटेड, बजाज इम्पेक्स, रिलायंस रिटेल लिमिटेड, इत्यादि शामिल है।
वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए कंपनी ने रु. 134 करोड़ का राजस्व और रु. 25.48 लाख का शुद्ध लाभ दर्ज किया। मार्च 2023 तक, कंपनी की कुल संपत्ति रु. 12.11 करोड़ थी, जिसमें रिजर्व्स और सरप्लस रु. 9.74 करोड़ था। कंपनी में प्रमोटर्स और प्रमोटर्स ग्रुप की 50% हिस्सेदारी है। आईपीओ के बाद प्रमोटर समूह की हिस्सेदारी 30.11% होगी।
