राजस्थान कैबिनेट ने कर्मचारी कल्याण योजनाओं में बड़े सुधारों को मंजूरी दी
नई दिल्ली: राजस्थान कैबिनेट ने बुधवार को हुई बैठक में राज्य कर्मचारियों, किसानों के कल्याण और बिजली बुनियादी ढांचे में सुधार के साथ-साथ राज्य में रेल परिवहन के विकास को आगे बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए।
उप मुख्यमंत्री प्रेमचंद बैरवा और संसदीय कार्य मंत्री जोगाराम पटेल ने पत्रकारों को बैठक के प्रमुख नतीजों की जानकारी दी. उल्लेखनीय निर्णयों में से एक राज्य कर्मचारियों के लिए ग्रेच्युटी और मृत्यु ग्रेच्युटी लाभों में वृद्धि है। कैबिनेट ने राज्य के कर्मियों की वित्तीय सुरक्षा में महत्वपूर्ण सुधार को चिह्नित करते हुए इन लाभों की अधिकतम सीमा को 20 लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर 25 लाख रुपये करने को मंजूरी दे दी।
एक अन्य कर्मचारी-केंद्रित कदम में, पुरुष और महिला कर्मियों को चिकित्सा कवरेज के लिए अपने आश्रितों का चयन करने में अधिक लचीलापन प्रदान करने के लिए राजस्थान सरकार स्वास्थ्य योजना (आरजीएचएस) का विस्तार किया गया है। केंद्र सरकार स्वास्थ्य योजना (सीजीएचएस) की तर्ज पर, कर्मचारी अब अपने माता-पिता या ससुराल वालों को आरजीएचएस के तहत शामिल करना चुन सकते हैं, बशर्ते वे आश्रित हों और कर्मचारी के साथ रहते हों। इस निर्णय का उद्देश्य कार्यबल की बढ़ती जरूरतों को स्वीकार करते हुए, राज्य कर्मचारियों के परिवारों को व्यापक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सहायता प्रदान करना है।
