Election 2023: 5 राज्यों में विधान सभा चुनाव की घोषणा
पांच राज्यों, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, तेलंगाना, मिजोरम, और छत्तीसगढ़ में विधानसभा चुनाव कि घोषणा आज हुई है। मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, तेलंगाना, और मिजोरम में एक चरण में चुनाव होगा, जबकि छत्तीसगढ़ में दो चरणों में मतदान होगा। मिजोरम में 7 नवंबर को, छत्तीसगढ़ में मतदान के दो चरण होंगे, जिनमें पहला चरण 7 नवंबर को और दूसरा 17 नवंबर को होगा।एक मात्र ही चरण में मध्य प्रदेश में मतदान 17 नवंबर, राजस्थान में 23 नवंबर, तेलंगाना में 30 नवंबर को सम्पन्न होगा | इन पांच राज्यों में मतगणना 3 दिसंबर को की जाएगी।
मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार ने पांच राज्यों के सीटों और मतदाताओं के बारे में जानकारी दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि इन पांच राज्यों में कुल 679 विधानसभा क्षेत्र हैं और इन चुनावों में लगभग 16.14 करोड़ मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का उपयोग करेंगे। इनमें 8.2 करोड़ पुरुष मतदाता होंगे और 7.8 करोड़ महिला मतदाता होंगी। साथ ही 60.2 लाख नए मतदाता पहली बार अपना वोट डालेंगे और इन नए मतदाताओं की आयु 18 से 19 साल के बीच होगी। कुमार ने बताया कि 15.39 लाख मतदाता ऐसे हैं, जो 18 साल के होने वाले हैं और उनकी एडवांस एप्लीकेशन भी आ चुकी है।
दिव्यांगों को घर से वोट डालने की मिलेगी सुविधा
मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार ने पांच राज्यों की आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव के तारीखों की घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि PwD के मतदाताओं अगर मतदान केंद्र पर आने में असमर्थ हैं तो उन्हें घर से भी मतदान करने की सुविधा दी जाएगी। बता दें कि इन राज्यों में PwD के कुल मतदाताओं की संख्या 17.34 लाख है।
वोटर लिस्ट में होंगे सुधार
छत्तीसगढ़, मध्य प्रदेश, मिजोरम, राजस्थान और तेलंगाना में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों की तारीख की घोषणा करते हुए मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने कहा कि 17 अक्टूबर से 30 नवंबर तक पूरे देश में किसी को भी वोटर लिस्ट से संबंधित कोई भी परिवर्धन, विलोपन और संशोधन कराना है, तो वह कराया जा सकता है। मतदाता इन सुधार को बीएलओ के जरिए या फिर सीधे वेबसाइट के जरिए करा सकते हैं। इन 5 राज्यों में 1.77 लाख पोलिंग बूथ बनाए जाएंगे।
किस राज्य में है किसकी सत्ता?
मिजोरम विधानसभा का कार्यकाल 17 दिसंबर को खत्म होगा। इस पूर्वोत्तर राज्य में मिजो नेशनल फ्रंट सत्ता में है। तेलंगाना, राजस्थान, छत्तीसगढ़ और मध्य प्रदेश की विधानसभाओं का कार्यकाल अगले साल जनवरी में अलग-अलग तारीखों पर खत्म होगा। तेलंगाना में भारत राष्ट्र समिति (बीआरएस), मध्य प्रदेश में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) और छत्तीसगढ़ तथा राजस्थान में कांग्रेस की सरकार है।
