दिल्ली के त्योहारी सप्ताह में प्रदूषण को लेकर फैसला: 13 से 20 नवंबर तक होगा ऑड ईवन की पाबंदी
नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली सरकार ने जानलेवा प्रदूषण पर एक इमरजेंसी बैठक बुलाई जिसमे दिल्ली में फिर से ऑड-ईवन लागू करने का फैसला किया। । इस फैसले की जानकारी दिल्ली सरकार के पर्यावरण मंत्री गोपाल राय ने बैठक के तुरंत बाद दी।
दिल्ली में बढ़ते प्रदूषण को देखते हुए सरकार ने राजधानी में 13 से 20 नवंबतर तक यह पाबंदी लागू रखने का निर्णय किया है । इससे पहले प्राइमरी स्कूलों को 10 नवंबर तक बंद रखने का फैसला किया गया था। इस समय राजधानी में दह्मघोटूं प्रदूषण के मद्देनजर ग्रैप-4 की पाबंदियां वर्त्तमान में लागू हैं।
दिवाली ठीक अगले दिन यानि १३ अक्टूबर से से पुरे राजधानी में ऑड-ईवन लागू हो जाएगा। और दिल्ली में 6-12वीं तक सभी क्लासेज ऑनलाइन चलेंगी। इसके साथ ही 10 और12वीं को छोड़कर सभी क्लासेज के लिए स्कूल बंद रहेंगे। दिल्ली में किसी भी तरह के निर्माण कार्य पर पहले से ही पूरी तरह से रोक लगी हुई है। बीएस-3 पेट्रोल और बीएस-4 डीजल वाहनों पर भी रोक लगी हुई है।
यहां सबसे महत्वपूर्ण यह जानना जरूरी है की कौन से नंबर की गाड़ी कब चलेगी:
• 14, 16,18, 20 नवंबर को ईवन नंबर की गाड़ियां चलेंगी। यानि की जिन गाड़ियों के नंबर के आखिरी अंक 0,2,4,6 और 8 है वे गाड़ियां १वो ही इस दिनों सड़कों पर चल सकेंगी।
• वहीं, दूसरी तरफ , 13, 15, 17 और 19 नवंबर को ऑड नंबर की गाड़ियां चलेंगी। इसका मतलब है कि जिन गाड़ियों के नंबर में आखिरी अंक 1,3,5,7 और 9 है, वह इन तारीखों को सड़क पर उतरने की अनुमति होगी।
इमरजेंस बैठक के खत्म होने बाद गोपाल राय ने कहा कि साइंटिस्ट और एक्सपर्ट के अनुसार दिल्ली में प्रदूषण की वजह तापमान का लगातार कम होना है। इसके अलावा हवा की गति 30 अक्टूबर के बाद से लगातार ठहराव की स्थिति में है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में हवा की गति लगातार कम है।
अब गौर करनेवाली बात ये है की इस साल 10 नवंबर को धनतेरस और १२ नवंबर को दिवाली मनाया जाएगा, जो इस ओड -इवन लागु होने से पहले के पर्व हैं, लेकिन 13 नवंबर को गोवर्धन पूजा , 14 नवंबर को भाई दूज, चार दिन चलने वाला महार्व छठ 17 नवंबर से शुरू होकर 20 नवंबर तक चलेगा. 17 नवंबर को नहाए खाए, 18 नवंबर को खरना, 19 नवंबर रविवार को डूबते सूर्य को अर्घ्य और 20 नवंबर सोमवार को उगते सूर्य को अर्घ्य के बाद पारण होगा. अब इन पर्वों में लोगों को होने वाली असुविधा को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार और प्रशासन क्या कदम उठती है ताकि त्यौहार की ख़ुशी और उल्लास में खलल न पड़े।
