गोण्डा : शारदीय नवरात्रि की महाअष्टमी पावन अवसर पर उत्तर प्रदेश का जनपद गोण्डा रविवार को ऐतिहासिक क्षणों का साक्षी बना। ऋषि मुनियों की इस पावन धरती पर एक अनूठा इतिहास रचा गया। नवरात्रि और दुर्गाष्टमी के पावन अवसर पर देश के सबसे बड़े कन्या पूजन “शक्ति वंदन” समारोह का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जनपद के विभिन्न विकासखण्डों से आई विभिन्न वर्गों की 11,880 बेटियों का कन्या पूजन कर मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के मिशन शक्ति अभियान की दिशा में एक और मील का पत्थर स्थापित किया गया।

सीएम योगी के मार्गदर्शन में जिला प्रशासन की ओर से गोण्डा के शहीदे आजम भगत सिंह कॉलेज परिसर में भव्य “शक्ति वंदन” समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। समारोह में महिला स्वावलंबन और मातृ शक्ति के प्रतीक मिशन शक्ति कैफे और मिशन शक्ति वॉल का भी लोकार्पण किया गया। इस अवसर पर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली जनपद की नौ महिलाओं को नवदेवी सम्मान से भी नवाजा गया। खास बात यह है कि यह पूरा कार्यक्रम जीरो वेस्ट इवेंट के रूप में आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रस्तुत रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से बच्चों ने दर्शकों का दिल जीत लिया।जनपद के विभिन्न ब्लॉकों से आई कन्याओं के पूजन के साथ सैनिटेशन किट और पोषण पोटली का वितरण किया गया। इस अवसर पर मंडलायुक्त देवीपाटन मंडल योगेश्वर राम मिश्र, पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक देवीपाटन परिक्षेत्र अमरेन्द्र प्रताप सिंह, जिलाधिकारी नेहा शर्मा, पुलिस अधीक्षक अंकित मित्तल, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी एम. अरुन्मोली समेत अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारीगण मौजूद रहे।
