नई दिल्ली: इनडीड और नैसकॉम के संयुक्त सहयोग से जारी रिपोर्ट “बीपीएम शिफ्टिंग गियर्स: शेपिंग टोमॉरोज़ स्किल्स एंड करियर्स” में भारत के बीपीएम (बिज़नेस प्रोसेस मैनेजमेंट) क्षेत्र में नौकरियों के बदलते परिदृश्य पर रोशनी डाली गई है। यह रिपोर्ट इस क्षेत्र में हो रहे बदलावों को रेखांकित करती है, जिसमें टेक्नोलॉजी में हुई प्रगति, ग्राहकों की बदलती आवश्यकताएं और नए व्यापार मॉडल शामिल हैं।
तकनीकी प्रगति और जटिल चुनौतियों की मांग बढ़ी
बीपीएम उद्योग अब केवल पारंपरिक प्रक्रियाओं से आगे बढ़कर अधिक जटिल और रणनीतिक चुनौतियों को हल करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर रहा है। रिपोर्ट में उभरते हुए कौशलों पर भी जोर दिया गया है, जो इस क्षेत्र में भविष्य के काम को आकार देंगे।

टेक्नोलॉजी के बढ़ते निवेश
बीपीएम कंपनियां आने वाले वर्षों में टेक्नोलॉजी पर अधिक निवेश करने की योजना बना रही हैं। लगभग 45% कंपनियां अपने राजस्व का 12% से अधिक हिस्सा टेक्नोलॉजी पर खर्च करेंगी, जबकि अगले तीन वर्षों में यह आंकड़ा 20% से अधिक खर्च करने वाली कंपनियों के लिए आठ गुना बढ़ने की संभावना है।
नए रोजगार अवसरों का उदय
आने वाले तीन वर्षों में बीपीएम में नई भूमिकाओं का तेजी से विकास होने की संभावना है। इसमें कई उभरते हुए पद जैसे डेटा साइंटिस्ट एनालिस्ट, एआई स्ट्रेटेजी डायरेक्टर, एचआर डेटा साइंटिस्ट, चैटबॉट एचआर स्पेशलिस्ट, एआई कन्वर्सेशन डिजाइनर, और वर्चुअल असिस्टेंट ट्रेनर शामिल हैं। मौजूदा पदों में भी बदलाव हो रहा है, और कंपनियां अपने कर्मचारियों को जनरेटिव एआई, एनालिटिक्स और सॉफ्ट स्किल्स में प्रशिक्षण देकर उन्हें अपग्रेड कर रही हैं।

इनडीड और नैसकॉम के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का बयान
शशि कुमार, हेड ऑफ सेल्स, इनडीड इंडिया ने कहा, “बीपीएम क्षेत्र में एआई और एडवांस टेक्नोलॉजी के बढ़ने से तेजी से बदलाव हो रहा है। ऑटोमेशन के चलते अब जटिल कार्यों के लिए विशेष कौशलों की मांग बढ़ गई है। जेनरेटिव एआई, एनालिटिक्स और प्रोसेस ऑप्टिमाइजेशन में निपुण लोग अधिक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिकाओं में आ रहे हैं, जो काम के भविष्य को आकार देंगे।”
हरिता गुप्ता, चेयर, नैसकॉम बीपीएम काउंसिल ने कहा, “बीपीएम उद्योग पारंपरिक प्रोसेस मैनेजमेंट से ट्रांसफॉर्मेटिव, टेक-ड्रिवन सॉल्यूशंस की ओर बढ़ रहा है। जनरेटिव एआई जैसी नई तकनीकों से सभी कार्यों में नए अवसर उत्पन्न हो रहे हैं। उद्योग को इस बदलाव का पूरा लाभ उठाने और कार्यबल को तैयार करने के लिए अपस्किलिंग और निरंतर लर्निंग पर ध्यान देना जरूरी है।”
बीपीएम उद्योग की चुनौतियाँ
हालांकि, बीपीएम संगठनों को तकनीकी प्रगति के बावजूद कई चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
कौशल की कमी
लगभग 47% संगठन मानते हैं कि कुशल प्रतिभाओं की कमी सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है। इसके अलावा, 45% कंपनियां डेटा और साइबर सुरक्षा के मुद्दों से भी जूझ रही हैं।

मार्जिन का दबाव
लगभग 39% कंपनियां कम मुनाफे की समस्या से जूझ रही हैं, क्योंकि प्रतिस्पर्धा के कारण मार्जिन दबाव में है।
उद्योग का भविष्य
