डोडा एनकाउंटर: मेजर समेत 4 सैनिकों की मौत; राजनाथ सिंह ने सेना प्रमुख से बात की
नई दिल्ली: जम्मू-कश्मीर के डोडा जिले में एक दुखद घटनाक्रम में, 10 राष्ट्रीय राइफल्स के मेजर बृजेश थप्पा सहित भारतीय सेना के चार जवान आतंकवादियों के साथ भीषण मुठभेड़ में शहीद हो गए। मुठभेड़ सोमवार देर शाम डोडा शहर से लगभग 55 किलोमीटर दूर देसा वन क्षेत्र में राष्ट्रीय राइफल्स और जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस के विशेष अभियान समूह द्वारा संयुक्त घेराबंदी और तलाशी अभियान के दौरान शुरू हुई। यह घटना क्षेत्र में हिंसक मुठभेड़ों की बढ़ती सूची में जुड़ती है, जो आतंकवादी समूहों द्वारा लगातार उत्पन्न खतरे को रेखांकित करती है।
मुठभेड़ शाम करीब 7:45 बजे शुरू हुई जब सुरक्षा बलों ने देसा जंगल के धारी गोटे उरारबागी इलाके में संदिग्ध आतंकवादी ठिकानों को निशाना बनाकर तलाशी अभियान शुरू किया। आतंकवादियों की मौजूदगी के बारे में खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर ऑपरेशन शुरू किया गया था। शुरुआती गोलीबारी 20 मिनट से अधिक समय तक चली, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप मेजर थप्पा सहित पांच सुरक्षाकर्मी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। तत्काल चिकित्सा निकासी के बावजूद, घायलों में से चार सैनिकों ने दम तोड़ दिया। पाकिस्तान समर्थित जैश-ए-मोहम्मद (जेईएम) के एक छाया समूह कश्मीर टाइगर्स ने हमले की जिम्मेदारी ली है। एक बयान में, समूह ने दावा किया कि यह मुठभेड़ उस समय हुई जब सुरक्षा बल “मुजाहिदीन” लड़ाकों की तलाश कर रहे थे। इस समूह ने 9 जुलाई को कठुआ में भारतीय सेना के काफिले पर हुए हमले की जिम्मेदारी भी ली थी, जो इस क्षेत्र में उनकी सक्रिय परिचालन उपस्थिति को दर्शाता है।

इस घटना पर राजनीतिक नेताओं और सार्वजनिक हस्तियों की ओर से कड़ी प्रतिक्रियाएँ सामने आई हैं। डोडा लोकसभा क्षेत्र का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले केंद्रीय मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह ने मुठभेड़ पर गहरी चिंता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने कहा, “हमारे बहादुरों की शहादत पर शोक व्यक्त करने और निंदा करने के लिए शब्द कम पड़ रहे हैं। आइए हम सब मिलकर ऐसा करें।” कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे ने भी अपनी संवेदना व्यक्त करते हुए कहा, “जम्मू-कश्मीर के डोडा में आतंकी मुठभेड़ में एक अधिकारी सहित 4 बहादुर सेना के जवानों की शहादत से बहुत दुखी हूं। हमारी संवेदनाएं हमारे बहादुरों के परिवारों के साथ हैं, जिन्होंने भारत माता की सेवा में सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया।” यह मुठभेड़ जम्मू-कश्मीर में बढ़ती हिंसा के व्यापक पैटर्न का हिस्सा है। इस महीने की शुरुआत में, बंदूकधारियों ने सेना के काफिले पर घात लगाकर हमला किया, जिसमें पांच सैनिक मारे गए। अलग-अलग झड़पों में दो अन्य सैनिक और छह आतंकवादी मारे गए। इसके अलावा, जून में आतंकवादियों ने दक्षिणी रियासी क्षेत्र में एक तीर्थस्थल से तीर्थयात्रियों को ले जा रही एक बस पर हमला किया, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप नौ तीर्थयात्रियों की मौत हो गई और दर्जनों अन्य घायल हो गए। जैश-ए-मोहम्मद जैसे आतंकवादी समूहों और कश्मीर टाइगर्स जैसे उनके छद्म संगठनों से लगातार खतरा इस क्षेत्र में अस्थिर सुरक्षा स्थिति को उजागर करता है। ये समूह भारतीय सुरक्षा बलों और नागरिकों के खिलाफ हमले करने के लिए जम्मू-कश्मीर के चुनौतीपूर्ण इलाके और राजनीतिक जटिलताओं का फायदा उठाते रहते हैं।
