इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग (IPL) 2025 का फाइनल और क्वालीफायर 2 अहमदाबाद के नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियम में खेला जाएगा। लीग का फाइनल 3 जून को खेला जाना है। एक दिन पहले, BCCI ने IPL के बचे 13 मैचों का शेड्यूल जारी किया था, लेकिन प्लेऑफ के वेन्यू का ऐलान नहीं किया गया था।
क्रिकबज की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, अहमदाबाद को 1 जून को होने वाला क्वालीफायर-2 और 3 जून को खेला जाने वाला फाइनल की मेज़बानी के लिए चुना गया है। प्लेऑफ के वेन्यू का ऐलान न करने का कारण मौसम बताया गया है। BCCI शेड्यूल को अंतिम रूप देने से पहले देशभर में मानसून की गतिविधियों पर नजर रख रहा है। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, अहमदाबाद में जून की शुरुआत में बारिश की संभावना नहीं है।
IPL को पाकिस्तान के साथ बढ़ते तनाव के कारण 9 मई को स्थगित किया गया था। BCCI ने कहा था कि देश इस समय युद्ध की स्थिति में है, ऐसे में क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट का आयोजन ठीक नहीं होगा। अब, 17 मई को RCB और KKR के बीच बेंगलुरु में पहला मैच होगा। बाकी मुकाबले जयपुर, दिल्ली, लखनऊ, मुंबई और अहमदाबाद में खेले जाएंगे। 27 मई को लीग स्टेज खत्म होगा। 18 और 25 मई को रविवार के दिन दो डबल हेडर खेले जाएंगे। इस प्रकार, 11 दिन में लीग स्टेज के 13 मैच खेले जाएंगे।
पंजाब और दिल्ली के बीच धर्मशाला में 8 मई को होने वाला मैच पाकिस्तान से हुए हमलों के बीच रोकना पड़ा था। यह मुकाबला अब 24 मई को जयपुर में खेला जाएगा।
कुल मिलाकर, IPL 2025 के शेष 17 मैचों में से 13 लीग स्टेज के हैं और 4 प्लेऑफ स्टेज के हैं। इन मैचों का आयोजन बेंगलुरु, जयपुर, दिल्ली, लखनऊ, मुंबई और अहमदाबाद में किया जाएगा। प्लेऑफ के वेन्यू का ऐलान मौसम की स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए किया जाएगा।
टीमों की स्थिति:
IPL की 10 में से तीन टीमें प्लेऑफ की होड़ से बाहर हो चुकी हैं। हैदराबाद, राजस्थान और चेन्नई ये तीन टीमें एलिमिनेट हो चुकी हैं। बाकी टीमें अभी प्लेऑफ की रेस में बरकरार हैं।
