नोएडा: अपनी सर्विस द्वारा ‘ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि’ पर केंद्रित रहते हुए, इसुजु मोटर्स इंडिया ने आज नोएडा में एक नए ‘इसुजु स्किल डेवलपमेंट और एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर’ का उद्घाटन किया। यह सेंटर सेक्टर-10 में स्थित है। यहाँ इस क्षेत्र में बढ़ते इसुजु डीलर पार्टनर्स के सर्विस मैनेजर्स, एडवाइज़र्स, और तकनीशियनों सहित सभी सर्विस प्रोफेशनल्स को विश्वस्तरीय व्यापक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। यह एक दिलचस्प वातावरण में दो वाहनों के स्थायी डिस्प्ले के साथ एक एक्सपीरियंस सेंटर भी है। इस नए सेंटर के अलावा चेन्नई में सन 2014 से एक स्किल डेवलपमेंट सेंटर पहले से काम कर रहा है। इस सेंटर का उद्घाटन इसुजु मोटर्स इंडिया के शीर्ष प्रबंधन सहित श्री राजेश मित्तल, मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर अवं प्रेजिडेंट , श्री तोरु किशिमोटो, डिप्टी मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर ने डीलर पार्टनर्स और कर्मचारियों की मौजूदगी में किया।
इस नई क्षेत्रीय सुविधा द्वारा इसुजु के डीलर तकनीशियनों को इसुजु वाहनों की तकनीकी जानकारी, उनकी सर्विसिंग के विभिन्न पहलुओं को समझने और कौशल संवर्धन के लिए विभिन्न लर्निंग मॉड्यूल प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इन मॉड्यूल्स में क्लास-रूम के साथ वर्क-बे में प्रायोगिक ज्ञान, समय-समय पर होने वाले मेंटेनेंस और ड्राइवट्रेन मैनेजमेंट जैसे विषयों पर विस्तृत प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। इस सेंटर पर हर बैच में 15-20 डीलर कर्मियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जा सकता है और ये सत्र समर्पित इसुजु सर्विस कोच द्वारा चलाए जाएंगे।

इस सेंटर में तकनीशियनों की उस राष्ट्रीय टीम का कौशल भी निखारा जाएगा, जो हर दो साल में आयोजित होने वाली ‘आई-1 ग्रैंड प्रिक्स वर्ल्ड टेक्निकल प्रतियोगिता’ में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगी। इससे पहले टीम इंडिया इसुजु की इस ग्लोबल प्रतियोगिता में 24 अन्य देशों की टीमों के बीच सर्वोच्च 10 स्थानों में अपनी जगह बना चुकी है।
