जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में आतंकी हमला:
मंगलवार दोपहर जम्मू-कश्मीर के लोकप्रिय पर्यटन स्थल पहलगाम की बैसरन घाटी में उस समय अफरा-तफरी मच गई जब आतंकियों ने अचानक पर्यटकों पर फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। इस हमले में एक पर्यटक की मौत हो गई, जबकि 12 लोग घायल हुए हैं। घायलों में कुछ स्थानीय लोग भी शामिल हैं।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, दो आतंकी सेना की वर्दी पहनकर घाटी में पहुंचे थे। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक, आतंकियों ने सबसे पहले कुछ पर्यटकों से उनका नाम पूछा और फिर एक युवक को नजदीक से सिर में गोली मार दी। इसके बाद उन्होंने अंधाधुंध फायरिंग शुरू कर दी और भाग निकले।
घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही सुरक्षाबलों ने तुरंत इलाके को घेर लिया और सर्च ऑपरेशन शुरू कर दिया। जवानों की टीम के साथ एक हेलीकॉप्टर को भी इलाके की निगरानी में लगाया गया है। चूंकि बैसरन घाटी का ऊपरी इलाका केवल पैदल या खच्चरों के माध्यम से ही पहुंचा जा सकता है, इसलिए घायलों को नीचे लाने में काफी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी। स्थानीय लोगों ने भी मदद करते हुए घायलों को खच्चरों पर लादकर अस्पताल तक पहुंचाया।
पीटीआई के मुताबिक, एक महिला प्रत्यक्षदर्शी ने फोन पर बताया कि उनके पति को सिर में गोली लगी है और कई अन्य लोग भी घायल हैं। उन्होंने मदद की गुहार लगाई और बताया कि हमलावर बहुत पास से गोलियां चला रहे थे।
अधिकारियों का कहना है कि पहलगाम अस्पताल में सभी घायल पर्यटकों का इलाज किया जा रहा है और सभी की हालत फिलहाल स्थिर है। हालांकि घायलों की संख्या को लेकर अलग-अलग रिपोर्ट्स सामने आई हैं—कुछ रिपोर्ट्स में यह संख्या 8 बताई जा रही है, जबकि कुछ में 12।
यह हमला ऐसे समय पर हुआ है जब कश्मीर में वर्षों बाद पर्यटन में भारी वृद्धि देखी जा रही है। यह घटना न केवल स्थानीय प्रशासन के लिए, बल्कि पूरे देश के लिए चिंता का विषय है। फिलहाल सुरक्षाबलों का सर्च ऑपरेशन जारी है और आतंकियों की तलाश की जा रही है। सुरक्षा एजेंसियां यह पता लगाने में जुटी हैं कि हमले के पीछे किस संगठन का हाथ हो सकता है।
यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण हमला एक बार फिर दिखाता है कि क्षेत्र में शांति बहाल करने के प्रयासों के बीच आतंकवाद अब भी एक बड़ा खतरा बना हुआ है।
