केरल के अलहिंद ग्रुप को नई एयरलाइन शुरू करने की मंजूरी मिल गई
नई दिल्ली: प्रसिद्ध यात्रा सेवा प्रदाता, अलहिंद समूह को अपनी खुद की एयरलाइन, अलहिंद एयर स्थापित करने के लिए नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय से मंजूरी मिल गई है, जो भारत के विमानन क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण विस्तार का प्रतीक है। नई एयरलाइन 2024 के अंत तक परिचालन शुरू करने के लिए तैयार है, नागरिक उड्डयन महानिदेशालय (डीजीसीए) से एयर ऑपरेटर सर्टिफिकेट (एओसी) का अधिग्रहण लंबित है।
अलहिंद एयर शुरुआत में तीन एटीआर-72 टर्बोप्रॉप विमानों के साथ काम करेगी, अपने बेड़े को पांच एटीआर विमानों तक विस्तारित करने की योजना है। समूह अपने बेड़े को और बढ़ाने के लिए ₹200 करोड़ से ₹500 करोड़ के बीच निवेश कर रहा है। अलहिंद एयरलाइन दक्षिणी भारत में क्षेत्रीय मार्गों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगी, जो कोचीन, बेंगलुरु, तिरुवनंतपुरम और चेन्नई जैसे प्रमुख शहरों को जोड़ेगी। जैसे-जैसे परिचालन बढ़ता है, अलहिंद एयर का लक्ष्य देश भर में अपनी पहुंच का विस्तार करना है और अंततः 20 से अधिक विमानों का बेड़ा होने पर अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानें शुरू करना है।
