मर्सिडीज-बेंज ने भारत में बिक्री की उम्मीदों को पार किया: अभूतपूर्व मांग ने दिलाई ऐतिहासिक प्रदर्शन
पुणे: भारत के सबसे ज्यादा डिज़ायरेबल लक्ज़री कार निर्माता मर्सिडीज-बेंज ने बाजार के लिए एक गहन रणनीति तैयार की है, जिसमें नए उत्पाद लॉन्च किए जाएंगे, नेटवर्क में गुणात्मक विस्तार किया जाएगा, और विकसित होते हुए बाजारों में प्रवेश करते हुए ध्यान लगातार ग्राहकों को बेहतर अनुभव प्रदान करने केंद्रित किया जाएगा। कंपनी की ‘डिजायर टू एक्सीड’ बाजार रणनीति को ग्राहकों ने बहुत पसंद किया है, जो भारत में पिछले 30 सालों में मर्सिडीज-बेंज द्वारा दर्ज की गई अब तक की सबसे अधिक मासिक, त्रैमासिक और वित्तीय वर्ष की बिक्री से प्रदर्शित होता है।
मर्सिडीज-बेंज ने अपने उत्पादों और सेवाओं की इच्छा बढ़ाते हुए जनवरी-मार्च 2024 की अवधि में ग्राहकों को रिकॉर्ड 5412 नए मर्सिडीज-बेंज वाहन डिलीवर करने में सफलता पाई। साथ ही कंपनी ने अपनी सेल में 15% की बेहतरीन साल-दर-साल वृद्धि दर्ज की (2023 की पहली तिमाही: 4697 यूनिट्स)। वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 में मर्सिडीज-बेंज ने 18,123 यूनिट्स बेचकर किसी वित्त वर्ष में भारत की अब तक की सबसे अधिक सेल दर्ज की (वित्त वर्ष 2022-23: 16,497 यूनिट्स; +10%)। मार्च 2024 में मर्सिडीज-बेंज ने भारत में किसी माह की अब तक की सबसे ज्यादा सेल दर्ज की।
मासिक, त्रैमासिक और वित्त वर्ष की सबसे ज्यादा सेल करने की तिहरी उपलब्धि ग्राहकों द्वारा मर्सिडीज-बेंज को सबसे ज्यादा पसंद किए जाने के कारण हासिल हो सकी। यह सफलता आकर्षक उत्पाद पोर्टफोलियो, स्वामित्व के आनंददायक और बेहतर ग्राहक अनुभव तथा पर्सनालाइज्ड फाइनेंस इनोवेशंस द्वारा संभव हो सकी।
विभिन्न सेगमेंट्स में स्थिर प्रदर्शन: मर्सिडीज-बेंज इंडिया के विभिन्न सेल्स रिकॉर्ड पूरे देश में कंपनी के एंट्री, कोर लक्ज़री और टीईवी सेगमेंट्स के स्थिर प्रदर्शन द्वारा संभव हुए हैं। इसके एंट्री सेगमेंट में ए-क्लास सेडान और जीएलए एसयूवी हैं, जिन्होंने अपनी मजबूत पहुँच के साथ सेल में 15% का योगदान दिया। इसके कोर सेगमेंट में सी-क्लास, एलडब्ल्यूबी ई-क्लास सेडान और जीएलसी व जीएलई एसयूवी शामिल हैं, जिन्होंने 2024 की पहली तिमाही में मर्सिडीज-बेंज की कुल सेल में 60% का बड़ा योगदान दिया। टीईवी सेगमेंट ने भी भारत में मर्सिडीज-बेंज की कुल सेल में 25% का योगदान दिया, जिससे प्रदर्शित होता है कि ग्राहकों की पसंद जीएलएस, एस-क्लास, मर्सिडीज-मेबैक, ईक्यूएस, जी-क्लास और एएमजी रेंज जैसे टॉप-एंड लक्ज़री एवं एक्सक्लूसिव वाहनों की ओर लगातार बनी हुई है।
