रूसी विदेश मंत्रालय की प्रवक्ता मारिया जखारोवा ने कहा कि भारत-पाक तनाव को लेकर हम चिंतित हैं और दोनों देशों से संयम की अपील करते हैं। हालांकि रूस ने पहलगाम आतंकी हमले की कड़ी निंदा की थी, जिससे संकेत मिलता है कि वह भारत की आतंकी विरोधी नीति का समर्थन करता है, लेकिन सैन्य कार्रवाई से स्थिति के बिगड़ने को लेकर सतर्क भी है।
पाकिस्तान: प्रतिशोध की धमकी
पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ ने भारतीय हमलों को “कायराना” करार दिया और प्रतिशोध की धमकी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान समय और स्थान चुनकर जवाबी कार्रवाई करेगा। पाकिस्तान ने दावा किया कि भारतीय हमलों में 31 नागरिक मारे गए और 46 घायल हुए। इसके बाद पाकिस्तान ने भारतीय विमानों को मार गिराने का दावा किया, हालांकि भारत ने इस दावे का खंडन किया है।
