60 किलोमीटर तक नाटकीय कार पीछा के बाद पार्श्वनाथ लैंडमार्क के सीईओ गिरफ्तार
नई दिल्ली: रियल एस्टेट फर्म पार्श्वनाथ डेवलपर्स की सहायक कंपनी पार्श्वनाथ लैंडमार्क डेवलपर्स के निदेशक और सीईओ संजीव जैन को 60 किलोमीटर की नाटकीय पीछा करने के बाद गिरफ्तार किया गया, जैसा कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने पुष्टि की है। गुरुग्राम के डीएलएफ फेज-2 निवासी जैन को दिल्ली पुलिस स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स (शाहदरा टीम) ने दिल्ली के इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर पकड़ा था।
पुलिस उपायुक्त (शाहदरा) सुरेंद्र चौधरी ने कहा कि जैन को उनके खिलाफ कई गैर-जमानती वारंट जारी होने के कारण शनिवार को हिरासत में लिया गया था। ये वारंट राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग (एनसीडीआरसी) के समक्ष उपस्थित होने में उनकी विफलता का परिणाम थे। वारंट जारी करने का मामला रजत बब्बर नामक व्यक्ति द्वारा दायर किया गया था।
जैन को एनसीडीआरसी से चार गैर-जमानती वारंट और एक जमानती वारंट का सामना करना पड़ा, जो सभी शाहदरा पुलिस स्टेशन में लंबित थे। पीछा करना और उसके बाद की गिरफ्तारी आरोपों की गंभीरता और कानूनी जवाबदेही लागू करने के लिए अधिकारियों की प्रतिबद्धता को रेखांकित करती है। गिरफ्तारी के बाद जैन को रविवार को आयोग के सामने पेश किया गया।
