देहरादून में आईडब्लूजी की यह नई लोकेशन बिज़नेस द्वारा रिकॉर्ड त्रैमासिक राजस्व दर्ज करने और 2023 में दुनिया में 850 नए स्थानों को शामिल करके सबसे तेज नेटवर्क वृद्धि हासिल करने के बाद शुरू की गई है। आईडब्लूजी कमर्शियल प्रॉपर्टी मालिकों और डेवलपर्स के साथ काम करता है, और पारंपरिक स्पेसेज़ में एक ज्यादा जीवंत व उत्पादक कार्य का वातावरण स्थापित करके अपने पार्टनर्स को राजस्व के स्थिर स्रोत प्रदान करता है। आईडब्लूजी के 95% नए स्थान प्रॉपर्टी मालिकों और निवेशकों के साथ पार्टनरशिप में स्थापित किए गए इनोवेटिव वर्कस्पेस हैं। ये नए ऑफिस भवन मालिक के साथ एक पार्टनरशिप के समझौते के अंतर्गत शुरू किए जाते हैं, जिसने अपने भवन में ब्रांडेड फ्लेक्सिबल वर्कस्पेस का निर्माण करने के लिए आईडब्लूजी प्लेटफॉर्म में निवेश किया है।
