लखनऊ : इनोवेशन डे और पूर्व राष्ट्रपति डा0 ए0पी0जे0 अब्दुल कलाम के जन्मदिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम मे राज्यपाल ने उनकी प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण कर उन्हें नमन किया। इस अवसर पर बतौर मुख्य अतिथि राज्यपाल ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि डॉ0 कलाम का युवाओं पर बहुत भरोसा था। उन्होंने कहा कि डा0 कलाम के अनुसार हमारे युवाओं में इतना आत्मविश्वास होना चाहिए कि ‘वे कह सकें ‘मैं’ इस काम को कर सकता हूँ। यही भावना हमें आगे ले जायेगी।’ राज्यपाल ने कहा कि एक तरफ जहां इनोवेशन और इक्यूबेशन के माध्यम से स्टार्टअप्स को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्टार्टअप इण्डिया, स्टैण्डअप इण्डिया, अटल इनोवेशन मिशन, मेक इन इण्डिया आदि अनेक प्रमुख योजनाओं को मूर्तरूप मिला है, तो वहीं दूसरी ओर प्रधानमंत्री विश्वकर्मा योजना के माध्यम से कौशल को सम्मान मिल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कौलेबोरेटिव लर्निंग, रिसर्च और इनोवेशन से ही गुणवत्तापूर्ण उच्च शिक्षा के लक्ष्य की पूर्ति की जा सकती है।
राज्यपाल ने कहा कि आज हमारा देश स्टार्ट-अप इको-सिस्टम को मजबूत कर व आत्म-निर्भरता को बढ़ावा देकर नवाचार संस्कृति की ओर बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय की जिम्मेदारी है कि वो अपने छात्रों को डॉ0 कलाम की तरह तैयार करें। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि स्टार्टअप का ऐसा माहौल बना है कि पिछले कुछ सालों में ही देश में एक लाख से ज्यादा स्टार्टअप पंजीकृत हैं तथा यूनिकॉर्न की संख्या सौ से ज्यादा है, जिससे रोजगार सृजन हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस सन्दर्भ में युवाओं के प्रशिक्षण की जिम्मेदारी शैक्षिक संस्थानों और उनके विशेषज्ञों की है।
कार्यक्रम में ए0के0टी0यू के इनोवेशन हब द्वारा आई-हब गुजरात, हेड स्टार्ट, वी फाउंडर सर्कल, वाधवानी फाउंडेशन, कॉग्नीफाय, यस बैंक और काउंसिल फॉर साइंस एण्ड टेक्नोलॉजी के साथ विभिन्न समझौता ज्ञापनों (एम0ओ0यू0) का आदान-प्रदान किया गया।
इस दौरान राज्यपाल द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय में स्टार्ट-अप आधारित विभिन्न स्टालों का अवलोकन किया गया, जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों के सहयोग से तकनीक के माध्यम से विविध सरल कृषि यंत्र, एप, मल्टीफंक्शनल व्हील चेयर व अन्य उपकरण आदि का प्रदर्शन किया गया। राज्यपाल ने नवाचारों को प्रोत्साहन व पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित भी किया।
