जयपुर: मुंबई स्थित टेक्नोलोजी सोल्युशन्स कंपनी, वरेनियम क्लाउड लिमिटेड राइट्स इश्यू से रु. 49.46 करोड़ जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। कंपनी का राइट्स इश्यू 28 सितंबर 2023 को खुलने वाला है और इसकी कीमत रु. 123 रुपये प्रति शेयर है। इश्यू के माध्यम से जुटाई गई धनराशि का उपयोग कार्यशील पूंजी आवश्यकताओं, कंपनी की विस्तार योजनाओं को फंड देने और सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने के लिए किया जाएगा। राइट्स इश्यू 4 अक्टूबर 2023 को बंद होगा।
कंपनी रु. 5 अंकित मूल्य के 40,20,574 पूर्ण-भुगतान वाले इक्विटी शेयर रु. 123 प्रति राइट शेयर (रु. 118 प्रति इक्विटी शेयर के प्रीमियम सहित) की कीमत पर जारी करेगी, जो कुल मिलाकर रु. 49.46 करोड़ होगा। प्रस्तावित राइट्स इश्यू के लिए राइट्स एंटाइटेलमेंट अनुपात 1:10 है; रिकॉर्ड तिथि – 15 सितंबर 2023 को पात्र इक्विटी शेयरधारकों के पास प्रत्येक रु. 5 के प्रत्येक 10 इक्विटी शेयरों के लिए रु. 5 का 1 राइट्स इक्विटी शेयर। राइट्स इश्यू आवेदन पर शेयरधारकों को 50% यानि की रु. 61.5 प्रति शेयर का भुगतान करना होगा और शेष 50% का भुगतान बोर्ड द्वारा तय किए गए अनुसार एक या अधिक कॉल पर रु. 61.5 प्रति शेयर पर करना होगा।
कंपनी ने 2022-23 को समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए मजबूत वित्तीय परिणाम दर्ज किए हैं। वित्त वर्ष 2013 में कंपनी का राजस्व 984% बढ़कर रु. 383.37 करोड़ हो गया, जबकि वित्त वर्ष 2012 में राजस्व रु. 35.35 करोड़ था। वित्त वर्ष 2012 में रु. 8.4 करोड़ के शुद्ध लाभ की तुलना में शुद्ध लाभ भी 917% बढ़कर रु. 85.46 करोड़ हो गया। मार्च 2023 तक रिजर्व्स और सरप्लस रु. 91.22 करोड़ और संपत्ति रु. 183.99 करोड़ बताई गई थी।
