संसद हमले के 22 वीं बरसी पर संसद के अंदर – बाहर, धुआं- धुआं
देश की संसद में सुरक्षा की बड़ी चूक का मामला सामने आया है , सांसदों के बीच बने दर्शक दीर्घा आज दो नवयुवकों ने संसद में एंट्री की और ऊपर से छलांग लगा दी. पूरे सदन में अफरा-तफरी का माहौल हो गया और पीठासीन अधिकारी ने सदन की कार्यवाही को दोपहर 2 बजे तक स्थगित कर दिया। घटना उस समय हुई जब लोकसभा में जीरो आवर चल रहा था, सारे सांसद इस घटना के बाद दहशत में आ गए थे। इसके बाद सांसदों ने उसे दबोच लिया। कुछ सांसदों ने उसकी पिटाई करनी शुरू कर दी।
इन दो युवकों ने सुरक्षा घेरे का उल्लंघन किया है सांसद के नाम पर लोकसभा दर्शक दीर्घा का पास लेकर पहुंचे थे , उनके हाथ में कनस्तर थे. इन कनस्तरों से पीला धुआं निकल रहा था. उनमें से एक अध्यक्ष की कुर्सी की ओर भागने की कोशिश कर रहा था. उन्होंने कुछ नारे भी लगाए, कनस्तर से जो धुआं निकल रहा था, वो जहरीला भी हो सकता था. पर दोनों को संसद में ही पकड़कर हिरासत में रखा गया है. दिल्ली पुलिस की एंटी टेरर यूनिट की स्पेशल सेल संसद में कूदने वाले युवकों से पूछताछ करने के लिए संसद पहुंची और हिरासत में ले लिया।
संयोग से उसी दौरान संसद के बाहर भी नीलम और अमोल शिंदे नाम के 2 शख्स को भी पुलिस ने हिरासत में लिया है। नीलम हरियाणा के हिसार की रहने वाली है। ये दोनों भारत माता की जय और तानाशाही नहीं चलेगी के नारा लगा रहे थे। इन दोनों ने नारेबाजी करते हुए स्मॉग गन का इस्तेमाल किया। इससे भी पीली गैस निकली।
गौरतलब है की हाल ही में खालिस्तानी आतंकी गुरपतवंत सिंह पन्नू ने 13 दिसंबर को संसद पर आतंकी हमले की बरसी पर भारतीय संसद पर हमले की धमकी दी थी। तो क्या यह सिक्योरिटी ब्रीच का गंभीर मामला है, खासकर, जब आज ही के दिन २२ साल पहले 13 दिसंबर 2001 में संसद पर हमला हुआ थI
लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने कहा कि शून्यकाल के दौरान हुई घटना की गहनता से जांच की जा रही है. दिल्ली पुलिस को भी जरूरी निर्देश दिए गए हैं.
