प्रधानमंत्री 31 अगस्त को जिला न्यायपालिका के राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन करेंगे
नई दिल्ली: प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी 31 अगस्त, 2024 को सुबह 10 बजे नई दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में जिला न्यायपालिका के राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन करने के लिए तैयार हैं। यह आयोजन एक महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर है, क्योंकि प्रधान मंत्री भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की स्थापना के 75 वर्ष पूरे होने का जश्न मनाते हुए एक स्मारक टिकट और सिक्के का भी अनावरण करेंगे, जो देश के कानूनी ढांचे में संस्था की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को रेखांकित करेगा।
भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा आयोजित, यह दो दिवसीय सम्मेलन जिला न्यायपालिका के सामने आने वाले महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर विचार-विमर्श करने के लिए प्रमुख न्यायिक हस्तियों को एक साथ लाएगा। सम्मेलन में न्यायिक प्रशासन के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर केंद्रित पांच कार्य सत्र होंगे, जिनमें बुनियादी ढांचे और मानव संसाधन, सभी के लिए समावेशी न्यायालय, न्यायिक सुरक्षा और कल्याण, केस प्रबंधन और न्यायिक प्रशिक्षण शामिल हैं। इन चर्चाओं का उद्देश्य जिला स्तर पर न्यायपालिका की दक्षता और प्रभावशीलता को बढ़ाना है, जो भारत में कानूनी प्रणाली की नींव के रूप में कार्य करती है।
उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के अन्य सम्मानित न्यायाधीश, केंद्रीय कानून और न्याय राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार), भारत के अटॉर्नी जनरल, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के अध्यक्ष की उपस्थिति होगी। बार एसोसिएशन, और बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के अध्यक्ष। उनकी भागीदारी न्यायपालिका के सामने आने वाली चुनौतियों का समाधान करने और सभी के लिए न्याय सुलभ और न्यायसंगत सुनिश्चित करने वाले सुधारों को आगे बढ़ाने में सहयोगात्मक प्रयासों के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालती है।
उम्मीद है कि यह सम्मेलन भारत में जिला न्यायपालिका के भविष्य को आकार देने, संवाद को बढ़ावा देने और कार्रवाई योग्य अंतर्दृष्टि पैदा करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा जो न्यायपालिका के समग्र विकास और आधुनिकीकरण में योगदान देगा।
