बांग्लादेश के विरोध प्रदर्शन तेज़ हुए: ढाका की ओर छात्रों की ‘लंबी मार्च’ के बीच इंटरनेट बंद
नई दिल्ली: बांग्लादेश में हालात बेहद तनावपूर्ण हो गए हैं क्योंकि पूरे देश में विरोध प्रदर्शन जारी हैं। 5 अगस्त को हजारों छात्रों ने प्रधानमंत्री शेख हसीना के इस्तीफे की मांग को लेकर “लंबी मार्च टू ढाका” शुरू की। यह कदम एक दिन की भीषण हिंसा के बाद उठाया गया, जिसमें लगभग 100 लोगों की मौत हो गई। विरोध प्रदर्शनों में अब तक कम से कम 300 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है, और हाल की झड़पों में प्रदर्शनकारियों और सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी के समर्थकों के बीच संघर्ष काफी हिंसक रहा।
इस हिंसा ने अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों को भी निशाना बनाया है, जिसमें हिंदू काउंसलर हराधन रॉय और काजल रॉय की हत्या की खबरें शामिल हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, कई हिंदू मंदिरों, जैसे कि इस्कॉन और काली मंदिरों, को भी नुकसान पहुँचाया गया है, जिसके कारण भक्तों को शरण लेने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा।

छात्रों की ढाका की ओर की मार्च जारी रहने के बीच, पुलिस ने भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने के लिए आंसू गैस के गोले दागे हैं। भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय ने अपने नागरिकों को बांग्लादेश की यात्रा से बचने की सलाह दी है और जो पहले से ही वहाँ हैं, उन्हें अत्यधिक सतर्क रहने और ढाका में भारतीय उच्चायोग से संपर्क बनाए रखने के लिए कहा है।
स्थिति अभी भी तनावपूर्ण है, और आगे के विरोध प्रदर्शनों की संभावना है, साथ ही ढाका में भारी पुलिस और सैन्य बलों की तैनाती की गई है।
